The staff was the highlight. The breakfast crew remember every morning that I wanted black coffee, so they ordered as soon as they saw me. They call your room to ask if you want breakfast or dinner room service. I thought it felt like upselling and was annoying. But things were good nonetheless

The staff was very well trained, very accommodating. They noticed I was cold & brought a space heater to my table in the ding room. word must have gotten around that I was cold natured as later that evening the staff sent up two hot water bottles for me. they got us a wonderful guide & driver for our trip. we are from North Caralina USA, we will be back here again

The stay at this place was very nice. The rooms are little smaller, but they are full of all required amenities. Their breakfast spread is also nice and they start serving it from 7.30am. The room is comfy & good as well. Overall a good place to stay, the surrounding is nice and calm as this place is away from the main road.

We went during July month..rain was minimal..Best part of Manali heights is its surroundings..based in the log huts the surrounding is amazing.u can experience the river just nearby the hotel..can watch the snow laden mountains from the studio rooms facing the valley..disadvantage is its location from the city..the auto will take 50 bucks (day) & 100 (night) from city centre to the hotel..if u wanna walk down then its a nice downward hotel.but will be tough walking back...Hidimba devi temple is very near to this hotel..

This hotel has a cozy and comfortable feel to it. the rooms are well equipped and clean. the food is good too. the log hut area is close to the market place as well. the hotel staff are very cordial and helpful. gr8 for family vacations, i would recommend his place.

Mananli Heights has made our honeymoon tour more enjoyable , n memorable. The hotel experience was very much up to satisfaction level and worth having 4 star experience. We recommend this hotel to newly wedded couple and youngstars... The hotel could improve with lift facility but overall it was very nice. Food service, room services were very much nice..
