I BOOKED THIS HOTEL ON HOTELS.COM BREAKFAST WAS PAID AND INCLUDED IN THE CHARGES BUT AT THE HOTEL THEY TOLD ME IT WAS NOT PAID FOR AND THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR IT. STAFF AND THE FEMALE MANAGER WERE VERY RUDE WHEN I WAS SHOWING THEM THE INVOICE SHOWING EVERYTHING WAS PAID FOR. I CALLED HOTELS.COM ABOUT IT AND THEY TOLD ME TO PAY FOR IT AND THEY WILL CREDIT ME FOR THE CHARGES BUT I AM STILL WAITING TO SEE THE CREDIT.ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS THE RESTAURANT AND THE RESTAURANT STAFF. FOOD IS VERY GOOD.

The Hotel is located right on main paota circle. And has very easy access to it. However you will always find traffic in front of the hotel. Staff was very pleasant, Room was up to the mark. We didn't had any food there so cannot tell you about the taste but the rates was normal. Overall comfortable stay.

Hotel is a bit run down now... The bathroom has flaking paint, and the wifi is very intermittent

The internet connection was very bad, we moved to rooms closer to the router, but the next day we spent time in the lobby , to be recconected.

checked in about 14:00 hrs in the hotel, very courteous staff keen on information sharing for tourist regarding places to visit with readily available map and marked places (though google maps helped) in fact informed regarding khimsar & osian also (though i had not been there reason being i was coming from Sam sand dunes, jaisalmer) so it was not worth visiting those places.

Hotel was clean but the Rooms where quite HOT and uncomfortable. After complaining also no action was taken to correct the temperature In Morning also, the Bathroom did not have HOT water. The response was that there Boiler was showing correct temperature. Comfort of the guest was not taken care and the reasoning was absurd that the temperature was maintained at the Central level,rest they were not aware.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms . Hotel rooms are clean and location is very good. It's a nice budget hotel. I recommend everyone for this hotel. Value for money.

The hotel is at good location near to bus stand, it even has nice views. I like the property but you should maintain it well... passage and washroom were cleaned but it was stinking...cleaning of the washroom should include the backsides of the bathroom door which was quite dirty. Passage was full of cigarette smell.
