マリーゴールド ホテル

系列のgreen park hotelよりは少しましなホテルかなぁという感じ。 しかし枕カバーが汚れていた。スタッフは気が付かないのか不思議。

Wi-Fiがつながりにくい、スリッパがない、という面もありましたが、 朝食が美味しく、フロント・ロビーも快適で問題なし。 またハイデラバード訪問時に使いたい。

Clean room

Rooms are clean. Staff is courteous.

Very clean and comfortable facility. Staff especially Gita were excellent - very curteous and helpful. High light is their food. Both breakfast and dinner buffets had great choice and were of excellent quality.

Staff is still green and can definitely use training in basic focus and action. Rooms are clean but smell musty. Shower is great! Amenities in the bathroom are very good.

The room was in poor condition and located next to a sewage line, resulting in a constant foul smell. The staff were not very friendly or helpful, which added to the unpleasant experience. The amenities were minimal and did not match what is expected from a five-star property. Overall, the hotel is overpriced for the facilities and service provided and does not justify its high rating.

Rooms were clean, staff has been very helpful. However, the travel desk has messed up our pickup. We requested a vehicle that could hold 6 suitcases. However, they sent a vehicle that didn't meet our need. They have rectified it on contacting but the whole situation left us stranded at the airport for a short period.

we paid for breakfast and the staff kept saying it wasn't paid as part of the booking. The staff was rude as well.

Somebody stole my jackets that are in my room. I notified the hotel mgmt. They told me That they are working on it but so far poor response. I suggest Expedia should delist them in their searches for a hotel in Hyderabad. We don't somebody to go thru the same pain that we are going thru currently.

The Marigold is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. The property is impeccably maintained, spotlessly clean, and offers every amenity you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread at Breakers is outstanding – an impressive variety that ranges from continental classics to authentic Indian dishes and a wide selection of hot items. The ambience in the dining area elevated the entire experience; listening to soothing live flute and violin music while enjoying breakfast was the perfect, almost magical way to start each day. Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be more convenient, with easy access to everything I needed in the city. The staff, for the most part, were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful – a big highlight of the stay. The only slight letdown was the reception team, who came across as a bit indifferent compared to the rest of the crew. That said, the in-house restaurants more than made up for it; the Japanese restaurant has instantly become one of my absolute favourites in the city – exceptional quality and flavour. Overall, it was a thoroughly satisfying and memorable stay. I’ll definitely be returning to the Marigold the next time I’m in town and have no hesitation recommending it to others looking for a top-tier hotel experience.

Enjoyed our stay with family at Marigold. Clean, big sized rooms with ample space to move around and excellent service from staff. Would come back to stay here again in the future.

Stayed here with family and pleasantly enjoyed our stay. Clean and spacious rooms and safe property. food was good too. We also used the transportation cabs for personal use to go around the city and was very reliable. Will definitely stay here again when back in Hyderabad.

Chinese Restaurant overcharged us for drinks. The staff have problem in understanding English and always overcharge liquor
