Enjoyed the privacy and beachfront setting. Room needed some TLC. Management are very low profile and did not feel greatly welcomed, although great if you like being left alone. Beach hut had everything in terms of Wifi and air conditioning.

Great beachside property at Agonda beach. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay however a bit pricey in my opinion.

It's a sea/beach-facing small property with almond trees and an in-house dining/restaurant available. The staff was really helpful and the service was great. You get a beautiful view of the sunset and the sea overlooking beds. The food was decent, a few items (i.e veg pakoras, masala papad, etc) were great. Overall a very pleasant experience with friends and kids.

Superb experience. Great cottages. Front area with beach beds covered with greenery was excellent and makes this property better than anything else in Agonda. Felt like a private beach. Their own restaurant ensured that all we were doing for 2 days was Swim, Drink, Eat, Rest & Repeat

Bungalow had a sea facing veranda with chairs & table, which led down to an area with own sun beams, which in tern went onto the beach. Bathroom was open air which was an enjoyable experience. Air-conditioning and fan both worked extremely well (despite occasional power cuts). Phot is an accurate representation of the room. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Naresh.

Great location of villas directly facing the beach but tucked behind palms for shade and privacy, rare find on Agonda beach. The food and tandoori was consistently amazing and the service was very helpful and attentive when needed. Highly recommend Mariposa.

Absolutely loved this place. Agonda is great, very relaxing. Mariposa is right on the beach yet set back slightly to perfection. Rooms are comfortable and you'll soon drop into the relaxation life. Restaurant is excellent and staff couldn't be more friendly. Would highly recommend.

2 of us stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning December. It was absolute bliss. If you want a few days peace & quiet away from the hussle & bustle then the Mariposa Beach Grove is well worth a visit. The rooms were large, cleans & the beds were extremely comfortable with really mattresses (something quite hard to find in Goa). The outside bathroom was a treat! The air conditioning wasn’t working in the first room we were given but we moved to a working room no problem. Welcome drink on arrival, the food was lovely & the service great. Was nice to sunbathe on the beach all alone with NO SELLERS! Would definitely stay again & would recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway!

The Villa Concierge was too good and always at your service to ensure a pleasant and safe experience. Our Concierge Bibek went out of his way to please us. Will visit again. A MUST GO.

Maripose is one of the best properties at Agonda beach, spacious hut with open court bathroom that has small private garden. The property is very well kept. Hotel staff is very helpful. Especial thanks to Mr. Nitu that made our stay very pleasant. Nitu was serving our hut and very supportive. Mariposa also has yoga and massage centre that led by Mr. Vipin.

Stayed there for a week and enjoyed the staff and area. Government power outages made it hard to sleep through the night (no fan or air con) and connect in a consistent way via WiFi. Restaurant staff was very kind and helpful.

We had the most amazing time at this place. We really felt it was the best sea view beach accommodation in Agonda. The room was spacious with a fan. AC, lovely open air bathroom and a big comfortable bed. Agonda is fantastic beach which is quiet with lovely sunsets and a great choice of dining options. It is easy to explore the area including a trip to Cola beach, Palolem and Patnem on a scooter. The staff at the Mariposa were amazing. All our requests were dealt with politely and with efficiency. One of the staff, Ashok, looked after us including taxis, scooter hire, advice about the area and food service. The food is great as it is in neighbouring restaurants. We have no reservations about highly recommending the Mariposa as a place to stay.

Had amazing time with family during our stay at mariposa. Very helpful and friendly staff. the huts are at the beachfront surrounded by beautiful garden. The bath/shower area with its open ceiling was awesome under the night sky light. highly recommended.

Great stay , we loved this beachfront hotel with a beautiful safe swimming beach with lifesavers patrolling. The rooms were lovely with outdoor bathrooms that were so perfect for the climate and also very private . The local area appeared a bit shabby on arrival however after a good wander around we found it to be very friendly with lovely locals and very good massage service. The local cows and dogs (they were clean)befriended everyone and we loved the week old newborn calf who thought one of the local dogs was its sister. The only downfall was the very very slow restaurant service. It was beyond acceptable and was something that may prevent us from returning to this hotel which would be a shame as it is quite lovely.

Prime location, beach-front hotel, with well-designed open-plan bathroom under the sway of palm trees. Well-arranged room, with ample space for seating, storing clothing and accessories as well as a very large and comfortable bed with the either of choice of a ceiling fan or a modern air conditioning unit; which helped to cool down after a long day in the tropical sun. Excellent customer service, all queries quickly and courteously dealt with, very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone considering a holiday and adventure in Agonda, Goa. Made for an ideal stay. p.s. You fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. Bliss. Thanks for the memories Mariposa Beach Grove!

Dejligt sted, god mad. Vi boede lidt ved siden af selve stedet i “private” to personers hytter med udendørs bad. Rigtigt lækkert.

Individual units on the beautiful beach front. Spacious room with funky outdoor bathroom behind - it really is "a loo with a view"! Friendly helpful staff. We didn't have breakfast included with the room but they offered us free breakfast on our last day. Stylish & attractive bar/ restaurant area. Well placed about a third of the way along the beach. Plenty of restaurants & bars nearby.

en voyage de noces en inde , nous avons réservé cet hôtel depuis la France plusieurs mois a l'avance. la nuit a été réglé au moment de la réservation. sur place la chambre n'était pas disponible , nous avons été orienté vers un concurrent ( agonda villa ). matin et soir nous avons été obligé de nous rendre par nos propres moyens au restaurant du mariposa ( puisque nous avions une demie pension ). restaurant très moyen au passage. nous regrettons cette situation. je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement pour son manque de sérieux. nous conseillons en revanche agonda villa qui a su nous accueillir a la dernière minute et avec un service irréprochable
