Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Lovely room with balcony

Room was a decent size and clean. Good restaurant for evening dining.

Great location however the hotel lacked maintenance & rooms need a thorough clean. Floors were sticky, towels stained & our rooms had a terrible smell. The breakfast was terrible. Some staff were helpful but I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Overall a good experience. Staff were very courteous and you could see the attention to detail in the construction of the hotel itself, with high quality fixtures and well considered layout of everything from the lighting to storage space. Even the material of the sink backsplash wall was well thought of, as it’s very important to maintain functionality with aesthetic. As someone who travels a lot, detail is very important, and it is clear that the owner put a lot of thought into the building. However, maintenance and cleanliness needs to be improved otherwise all that effort will go to waste. The floor in particular was not cleaned properly at all, with so much black dirt on your feet if you walked barefoot. The sink drain was also not cleaned. These are small details but very important if the hotel is aimed at a certain level of guests. Special mention to the breakfast staff who were very polite and friendly.
