バスルームの設備が古い以外は快適でした。

チェックインで少し時間が掛かった。遅い時間のチェックインになった為、アメニティが申請制で不便に感じた。帰りの際に両手が塞がっていたが、ドアマンは入り口だけをケアしていて、エントリードアを自分で開けるしかなかった。

ランドリーサービスのアイテム料金が不明瞭で高すぎる。

残念ながら歯ブラシなどアメニティがリクエストベースで用意されていない。

市の中心部からはだいぶ離れているので、観光には車が必要。部屋は、清潔だったが、水まわりは、少しトラブった。 スタッフは大変丁寧だった。仕事で使うのであれば、良いと思う。 空港へは、ホテルの車を出してもらったが、Rs1200で少し高かった。 付近にモールが幾つかあるが、少し寂れている。

인터넷 속도는 개선이 필요해 보임. 조식당의 과일쥬스병 청결 개선 필요함. 다른 부분은 모두 만족함. 객실 깨끗하고 직원들 친절하고 아주 좋았음.

Staff behavior good. The breakfast buffet was value to invest but Lunch is not lucrative or value for money. Kids' zone not maintained properly rest the stay was engaging for the family as a whole

Restaurant staff was amazing

Terrible service, key card didn't work half the time, slow service, the whole hallway stunk really bad.

Property is dated well past its prime some corners were not well maintained in the room they were dirty bathroom fan was not working

The hotel is crowded, only the service is very bad. I was given a room with a broken bathroom and they were told to fix it, but they did nothing. The phone in the room does not work. The laundry is bad, no one answers. Only one person was helpful, Mr. Inket.

Beautiful location and a beautiful hotel. My suite was nice and clean and the service is very prompt. Staff is super friendly.
