TechPark across the road infront of the hotel is very clearn. So I'm expebating hotel side will be developed more in a few years after!

深夜に到着しましたが、すぐにチェックインできました。周辺は騒々しい場所ですが、テックパークに歩いていける距離です。市街地より遠く、タクシーで一時間ほどかかるようですが、徒歩15分ほどのところにショッピングモールがあり便利でした。ショッピングモールには、フードコート、食材店、衣料品店、映画館まであります。 ホテル自体は綺麗ですし、朝食もインド料理だけでなく洋食・中華があり充実していました。部屋も快適ですがこのあたりは宿泊料金が高いので、コスパは悪いと感じるでしょう。プールがとても綺麗で毎日泳ぎました。時間が19:00までですのでもう少し遅くまで泳げるとよかったのですが。 ホテルのスタッフはとても親切です。宿泊費さえ許せば、おすすめできるホテルです。

The staff at the Novotel Bengaluru was amazing! they were helpful and very aware as they serviced the various clients at the restaurant, the front desk and the terrace on the top of the hotel. They were so attentive and kind. Bhavna, Anshad , sweetie, Chanchal and Hari Om made our stay at the Novotel very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you to you all and so many others who we might have missed. You are the ones who make things work and we really appreciated it.

Room was great

Property location is perfect but due to the ongoing construction, it was nightmare. Value for money I didn't feel and I raised it with the management too. Paying $200+ per night for an individual was a big amount ( Including very high GST). Very impressive food option and the staff were amazing , always ready to help. A big differentiator and I will say make all the difference between a bad experience and a good experience when one stay in a hotel. Cleaning staff too were great. Swimming pool and the staff were great.

Descent hotel to stay in Bangalore

1. For got welcome letter with QR code for room service 2. When the QR code is used, you land on a page where room service menu is nearly impossible to find. It’s at least 4 clicks while it should be 1 click 3. The work chair is the most un-ergonomic chair ever made by man. It’s designed to damage your back. 4. The bathroom fitting were leaky and flooded the place with water. 5. One person who came from room service tightened the fitting and said he would send someone to mop up the water. This person never arrived. After waiting for 12 hours, and calling repeatedly for some help, someone finally cleaned it up the next day 6. The storage space doors are designed to confuse you. Either the left or right door will open, but both look alike, so you have to guess each time. Stupidest design ever. 7. When I asked to speak to the manager of the hotel, they said he is busy and that he will call back, but he never did. 8. I am sorry I can’t remember the 20 other things that were wrong. This is just a sample. 9. I will never stay here again. 10. I will make every effort possible to save as many people as possible from the torture of a stay at this place.

Horrible and inconsistent service despite of being a high end hotel. 1) no one picks phone when i tried to call concierge several times. Finally i had to walk down and tell them each time 2) i tried to extend my stay and the staff (Naveen) had no clue to help me with it 3) i tried to use the premier lounge and sadly they could not verify if im a premier member . The staff is lousy and not helpful at all

Customer service is too bad. They see claims 5 star hotel and their service is less than 2 star hotel.

We were driving through Bangalore and had chosen this place to spend the night. We were checked in at about 2am. The front office was efficient and courteous. We had requested for an extra bed, which was not provided. But, given the time of the day, we decided to manage with the couch in the room for our son. The sticker in the room said it was sanitized. We were given a late check out as well. Breakfast was nice! The Outer Ring Road is in bad shape due to the metro construction. Else, the stay was comfortable

Amazing experience. Comfortable stay Clean and tidy

Loved a dish at the restaurant Square. Chef Pintu and Chef Valli were very kind to share their recipe and even explained in detail how to cook. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Only downside was the rooms had some dust, albeit I was in a smoking room

Overall OK Stay. Good Location. Ample Parking Space. Check-Inn was a Little Slow. The In Room Dining Food was not up to Expectations. the Taste was pretty Bad. (Biriyani) the Liquor supply to Room was Messed up by the Room Service and i Ended up Buying More than Required. IRD needs serious Improvements.

Hotel is located in a good location. Service is really good. Would definitely come back here. My kids loved the buffet and the food service also.
