all good.

I stayed for 10 days in the Premium Suite, the most expensive room category. I booked it specifically because my son works U.S. hours, and the advertised two-room, two-bed layout would have allowed me to sleep at night. The Expedia listing stated the suite included a king bed and a sofa bed. However, upon arrival, I found there was only one bed despite having two rooms. When I raised this with the front desk, they said the suite always has only one bed and blamed me for booking through Expedia, claiming Expedia’s description was wrong and that they lose money on people like me with commissions. There was also a foul smell in the room, like a dead rat. After I complained, we were moved to another suite, but it again had only one bed. No apology or meaningful solution was offered, and staff continued to insist the issue was entirely my fault. At checkout, the only compensation offered was a complimentary lunch, which I guess makes up for ten days of inconvenience or an estimated $800 loss (50% of cost). Other issues: * Mosquitoes: This was a daily problem. We woke up with mosquito bites and occasionally blood stains on the sheets. * Excessive restrictions: Outside food(even a bag of KFC food) required signing a release form; outside alcohol that I brought as a gift from US was questioned at security; photography with a camera (not a phone) was prohibited without clear explanation. * Room condition: Faucets were grimy, dirty, and rusty as if no one cleaned them in years.

Excellent option especially international travelers like me. Black coffee was amazing!!

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und hatte für alle etwas leckeres dabei. Danke Sous Chef Sayed für seinen aufmerksamen Einsatz für uns jeden morgen. Das haben wir sehr genossen. Auch das Restaurant Red Bowl ist einen Besuch wert!

Wonderful hospitality and comfortable rooms made for an excellent stay. The food was outstanding, and the spa was good as well. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Clean room

Staff are polite but do not listen to customer needs. I booked 3 rooms and ended up not making my guests happy even after I told staff exact details of customer service I need.. Hotel is afraid of customers ripping them off..

Checkin and room service could be improved. Very crowded at most times in lobby and restaurants.

This is a better property compared to a few other properties in the area. Their menu is exhobitantly priced - in fact, they are at par with a lot better hotels in India.

Food place to stay

Great and attentive service!! The breakfast buffet was super and Sous Chef Sayid took excellent care of me and my friends.

I had a great stay, and felt well cared for over all the time. Especially the sous chef, Mr. Sayed took very good care for us – he was outstanding.

No bathtub , no city overview like mentioned Food is not good

After my stay in 2023 I said that I would never stay at this hotel again. But I decided to give it another try. In 2023 the only thing great was the manager and staff in the restaurant. That year the rest of the staff acted like I didn’t exist. Unfriendly didn’t even start to describe the staff in the rest of the hotel. However this year it was an entirely different story. From the time we walked in the door to the time we checked out, the staff actually acted concerned about me. They went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was when I went to take a shower after a four hour ride only to find the hottest you could get the water was not even Luke warm. I asked the individual that was traveling with me if he had any hot water in his room and he said no. He said it wasn’t even warm.

The property was good, decent ambiance and the staff was attentive. But the room and amenities were not to standard. The coffee pot had water from the previous guest and the blankets had stains on them. For being an expensive hotel in the area, the room was not on point.

This is the best hotel in vijayawada.

Everything was really good, except the pool was not available.
