Awesome hotel in the heart of vibrant Mumbai!
What a fantastic stay – the hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the bustling city, making it super convenient to explore Mumbai’s energy and charm. A big kudos to the entire team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. Special mention to Deepak, who truly goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed and cared for. Room needs renovation
The 2nd floor was going through renovation so it was really noisy with drilling n banging
Kitchen was average but Arun was a breath of fresh air
He conversed in English n very helpful
Food ordered room service was tasty
Breakfast menu was repetitive and mainly Indian cuisine
Considering the noise the rooms should have been cheaper
Overall I would rate this hotel on the low scale but once it is renovated it will be a better place to stay

If it wasn't for the customer services eg. reception lead by Deepak who was super efficient & the restaurant lead by Arun, we'd not have chosen the Oriental for our stay given its physical rundown condition. Arun & his team went above & beyond to accommodate our special dietary requirements while we were receiving extensive dental treatment. We're very grateful to him & his team.

Room was very inappropriate and totally opposite which is seen in pictures. So, overall don't go for this hotel at all. There are many nearby hotels which much appropriate than this one. I would raise the complaint for complete refund of my amount which i feel is wasted for this hotel.

This is my third or fourth stay at Oriental Residency. The rooms are good. Comfortable. Breakfast is good. And staff is very friendly. Deepak and Supriya are great. Hotel needs a little upkeep. Center location.

The Oriental Residency is a good hotel to consider when visiting Mumbai. The rooms are comfortable with aircon, wifi, and flat screen TV. The meals from The Soul Restaurant were delicious and the staff are courteous . Location was good for me as I was in Mumbai for dental surgery and it's 5 minutes walking distance to Dentzz Dental. For anyone on a budget, the Oriental Residency is a great hotel to consider.

The property needs solid facelift. Most of the fixtures are loose or falling. Curtains were off the hooks.
Bathroom has less light for shaving. Toilet pot was very dirty.
Breakfast was so so with very limited spread.
Over all it was not worth the price we paid.

Lors de mon arrivée, l'employé à la réception insistait pour que paye mon séjour alors que le tout avait déjà été payé par Expedia 8 mois auparavant. Après une attente de 10 minutes et un appel, il a compris que le tout avait bel et bien été payé. Ensuite j'ai passé 48h sans WiFi. Je devais demander constamment si ca fonctionnait car aucun suivi n'était fait de leur côté (pour m'informer). Et inévitablement... je n'ai eu aucun dédommagement.
Le personnel du restaurant est #1 .
