Overall experience was nice. Rooms are well maintained.

A lovely hotel with attentive staff, a small pool area but adequate

Vi kom fram, via transfer som ordnades av hotellet, kl 04.30 på morgonen. Vi fick checka in då, men nästan till samma pris som om vi bott hela dygnet. Men vi var för trötta för att argumentera och hade ju inget annat val. Annars var hotellet ok. Dock hade vi beställt och betalt för rum med balkong eller uteplats, vilket inte fanns att tillgå. Wifi ej ok.

Fue una excelente estadía, en la cual todo estuvo perfecto. Si bien no estábamos seguros sobre si ir a las playas del norte o del sur de Goa, Palolem en sí ha sido una gran experiencia, y sin duda las condiciones del hotel ayudaron a ello. El wifi y el desayuno están incluidos.

Bokat rum med terrass/balkong men hotellet kunde inte erbjuda oss det när vi kom fram. Information om hotellet missvisande, ingen balkong mot poolen finns. Frukosten var ok.

Bra boende så uppfyllde våra förväntningar. Trevlig personal som var väldigt hjälpsam.

Nice hotel, almost new... good service, one minute to the Palolem beach. Totally recommendable. Buen hotel, practicamente nuevo, buen servicio, a un minuto de la impresionante playa de Palolem. Totalmente recomendable

A very clean hotel that is not far from the beach. The breakfast options were also great. I would stay here again.

We stayed in superior delux room on first floor in first week of dec. It was very clean and pleasant room, only 5mins away from beach. Complimentary breakfast was good with set menu. Free wi-fi service is also provided. One of the very good option to stay at Palolem.

Boendet kändes fräscht och bra. Frukosten var ok! Väldigt enkel. En nackdel var att vi bokade 3 personer där det skulle vara en extrasäng, men när vi kom till hotellet sa dom att alla vet att dom bara har rum för två så de erbjöd oss en madrass på golvet. Ingen av oss ville sova på golvet så vi fick dela 3 st på en kingsize säng.

Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe

We stayed in November 2015 at the early stage of the season. The Inn was undergoing some building work and the corridors had mattresses and bits of tables stacked up which did not make a good first impression. Staff were great throughout and the rooms were spacious with AC and a ceiling fan. Breakfasts were pretty average for the first few days but then changed to a more comprehensive menu ( with decent coffee!). Service at breakfast was very slow unless you got there early. WIFI was very unreliable and be prepared for daily (or nightly) power cuts lasting anything from a couple of minutes to an hour. Our downstairs room had no view out of the window other than a brick wall and corrugated iron sheet ! Despite this, we had a great time in a wonderful place and would go back to this Inn again.

It is not up to mark at all.No way a 3 star as it claims.No room service and no proper parking.Will never ever go again.

Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und tollem Service. Zum schönen Strand sind es etwa 3 Minuten. Internet funktionierte meistens, Bad ist etwas klein aber ausreichend

Wifi was hit and miss. But they changed the provider when we left so I suspect it's working better. It's a brand new hotel everything was clean and service was great. Breakfast was OK little small for me. We enjoyed eating at the beach shacks swimming watching the sun set then heading Bach to our quiet cozy place.
