the property is very clean. Staff is very courteous, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend it. The pool is very clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood. the only drawback is there is no restaurant on the premises however they order the food from the near by restaurants.

Close to the the beach but was not a standout. The promised drink on arrival was a glass of flat and Coke, which kind of set the tone for the rest of my stay.

Modern hotel in quiet location. Rooms large, bright and spotlessly clean with nice balcony. Great shower too. Lovely swimming pool and area around it quite nice too. The only let down for us was the breakfast- same every day & everything in the small buffet selection left to go cold!! We finally realised we could ask to have eggs etc so that was better but not really too impressed. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great stay in lovely accommodation, the staff are amazing and this is a far superior place to others we have stayed in previously in Goa. Huge pool, quiet location and a personal touch from the staff. Highly recommended and worth paying a little extra for the high standards.

The hotel is a good mid-range option in a very good location close to the beach and has a very well-maintained clean pool and sunbeds. There are several good dining options nearby, the nearest being the excellent Pentagon. The bedrooms are exceptionally clean with good quality bed-linen,quiet and efficient air-conditioning and the showers are good. There is no restaurant or bar on site but a small, functional outside breakfast area serves fruit and options for eggs and, on request, very good local Indian dishes. The husband and wife staff members Diana and Basil are both very charming and provide outstanding service taking care of guests and rooms.

Clean hotel with staff providing excellent service and support. Provided breakfast for gluten intolerence and Jain vegetarian. Easy walking distance 8 minitues to clean beach which has good shaks and water sports.good for relaxing. If want to relax then recommend the hotel. Only minor down side of hotel is wiffi availabity, reliabily, in some rooms.

The hotel owner and staff were fantastic. They were helpful, friendly and generally great. They will help you get about and provided good advice. This place is gorgeous, would definitely recommend. Not far from the beach. The pool is fantastic. Such a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Breakfast was not worth making the effort to go down for. Limited selection of tea basically Lipton only, bread used for toast was very hard when toasted. Although you could see the beach it was a good 10 minutes walk.Courtesey transfer to beach would have been a nice touch. Hotel was clean, bathroom was good. Hotel was isolated so would have been nice if it had a small bar for a drink in the evening.

I had a wonderful stay here! The owner and staff were very gracious and accommodating, especially considering my early check-in and check-out times -- I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an available pool/ocean view room upon arrival, then treated to a hearty fresh-cooked 'western' breakfast after taking a shower and a quick nap. The property felt very safe and secure, with a guard always at the gate to allow access in or out. The grounds and pool area were quite beautiful, and cleaned regularly. Enjoying delicious mangoes straight from the tree in front of the property was another lovely treat -- as was being given a few to take on my onward travels when I left! The resort is new, modern and clean -- with the most comfortable bedding I've found anywhere in Asia! Great curtains and sturdy balcony doors kept the light and sound out, and the rainfall shower in the spacious bathroom was a perfect way to cool-off after a day in the sun. Extensive Dish TV channels, strong A/C and a nice ceiling fan also helped make the room a welcome retreat. The property is conveniently located within easy walking-distance to the beach, restaurants and some small shops. There was some great live music (to go with the tasty food) in the evenings at the nearby Pentagon restaurant, btw... I definitely look forward to visiting Majorda again one day, for an even longer stay at the Praia da Oura!

This is a beautiful, quiet hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. They greeted us warmly upon arrival, made breakfasts to our requests (yea no buffets), and helped with suggestions for the area. This is a quiet beach. If you have been elsewhere in India, just stay at Majorada beach, and enjoy the good food and beautiful sunsets.

Guter Service, freundliches Personal, leider nur wenige Gäste. Das Haus verdient mehr.

Praia da Oura is a lovely little Portuguese style resort. The staff (especially Alex the owner, and Diana) are super helpful and kind but there is no restaurant or bar so, apart from breakfast, you have to leave the hotel as you cannot even get a coffee, which is a shame. (There are tea & coffee facilities on the room and a fridge so you can bring your own drinks in). The pool is nice, clean and well kept but again no drinks or snacks available and no music or ambience, it’s literally just the pool and a couple of sun beds. I’m sure they would make a killing if they had one as some people don’t like the beach which is where all the main bars & food shacks are. There is a lovely restaurant 2 minutes down the road for the evening which has live music and is in a lovely setting.

Quiet, relaxed, very clean. Beautiful location a pleasant 10 minute walk from the beach. Room was bright and comfortable. I will definitely go back.

We had a very good experience staying here. The hotel is very new. Everything is clean. The staff is helpful. Breakfast was good. None of the rooms really have much view of the sea, but it's only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The beach there is nice and there were plenty of chairs and canopies to sit under. I do recommend contacting the hotel directly to arrange your stay there. We didn't explore much, so I can't say how much else is nearby, but if you just want time on the beach, definitely consider this place.

We only used the hotel as a stop over en route to the airport, didn't stay the night just availed ourselves of their facilities for the day & evening. It is a much bigger establishment than I expected with a lovely pool, comfortable rooms and reasonable bar / restaurant menu. The staff were helpful and even served our "breakfast" at 19:30 as we would not be there for morning. The owner was friendly & gave the impression he would have been helpful if we had stayed longer. A very good first impression, close to the airport (30 mins / 800 rupees in a taxi) I would stay again if I needed similar comfort close to the airport in future.

The staff at Praia Da Oura are some of the friendliest people I've met. They were always very welcoming and hospitable. The owners were on site almost every day, and they were great to talk with. Very informative about the area.

The hotel is new, and looks like many people are not aware of this. I made a last minute booking & arrived at 3AM. Unfortunately, there is no staff at the reception at that time since it's a family run hotel. The guard was able to wake up someone, and luckily they had already prepared the room and instructed the guard on where to pick up the key. The breakfast was simple, and the owner escorted me till the breakfast area. She was friendly, and shared how they ended up setting up this business. It is walking distance to the Majorda beach - a clean and quiet beach. The rooms and the furniture is new. The staff are all down to earth, and helpful. Overall, I would call it a pleasant stay

This hotel was opened 8 months ago. I was pleasantly surprised by how big, bright, and spacious my suite was with beautiful and tasteful imported furniture. The property and grounds are well maintained by exceptional staff who can't do enough for you. The pool is big and very clean. Majorda beach is only a 5 minute walk. I had a wonderful 8 night break at this hotel and can't wait to go back
