従業員達が、とても良く働いています。 清潔で、綺麗なホテルで満足します。

ホテルは細い道の途中にあり、看板がないので通り過ぎてしまうところでした。 レセプションは小さいながら、ウエルカムドリンクを飲みながらのチェックイン。 スムーズで満足。 タイなどのラグジュアリーホテルと比べると、部屋もロビーの豪華さもなく、インテリアも庭も部屋もごく普通で、wifiも不安定…残念ながら値段に見合わないです。 机に埃が溜まっていたり、ティッシュの交換が出来ていなかったり、 ターンダウンサービスもガラスの腕輪が置かれているだけで少しがっかり。 夕方のターンダウン後にも関わらずトカゲの黒い糞が沢山バスルームに落ちていたので、 外出する際に掃除をレセプションに依頼したものの部屋から戻ってみると何も変わっておらず…。 脱衣所の上から小動物が動き回る足音とキーキーという鳴き声が聞こえたりもしました。 （部屋に入ってくることはありませんでした） 朝食は豪華でした。 門番、駐車場のスタッフは完璧な仕事ぶりで送迎は快かったです。 立地も良く、シンプルでインドの喧騒からは逃れ落ち着けたので宿泊したことに後悔はないです。

Fabulous but outside the back entrance to the historic building was disgusting. Hotel should clean it up if they show guests that’s the fastest way up. Otherwise no complaints. Interesting busy area

Il s’agissait d’un second séjour dans un hôtel de la chaîne RAAS au cours de notre voyage en Inde. Tout comme celui de Jaipur, celui-ci ne nous a pas déçu. Tout d’abord l’hôtel est un brillant exemple d’une rénovation ultra contemporaine dans une architecture d’époque (une ancienne haveli) qu’ils ont su préserver avec brio, tout cela au cœur de la ville à deux pas de la tour de l’Horloge. La chambre était spacieuse, propre dans un style très épuré avec en prime une vue imprenable sur le fort Meranghar. Les espaces extérieurs que ce soit la piscine ou le restaurant ou le rooftop bar sont tous au top avec toujours en prime une vue sur le fort. Et pour ajouter à tout cela, le personnel est aux petits soins et toujours disponibles. Vraiment l’endroit où séjourner à Jodhpur, aucun comparable.

Amazing, really enjoyed the Raas, especially for the environmentally conscious traveller - no plastics bottles used. Fantastic views from our hotel balcony, great breakfast and dinners. I have sensitive stomach and food hygiene is great here (able to have fruit juices, salads, ice with my drink) as they use RO water. Reception/concierge very helpful - they even sourced medication for us (anti histamine). As soon as you step foot in the reception, you felt calm… and that’s how we left after 2 nights here!

An oasis in the middle of the city, a refuge from everything except the loudspeaker of the mosque next door and the neighborhood dogs baying at night. The hotel is built on an old palace, but it is very modern and even postmodern, and the staff practices five-star service with a small-town earnestness.

Excellent property, great service, amenities, food and amazing staff. We had a great time. The only drawback is that it is next to a Masjid and the call for prayers multiple times a day over the loudspeakers was not expected and mentioned while doing the bookings

Beautiful hotel with very professional and welcoming staff . The hotel is in the heart of Jodhpur right next to the stepwells and with the magnificent Mehrangarh fort as its backdrop . It’s so aesthetically designed and has preserved historical elements in its structure that adds charm. The food and service were also top notch

Exceptional hotel in the heart of Jodhpur Old City. Outstanding service by staff, very helpful and kind. Clean and modern rooms, superb breakfast in great atmosphere. Pool available, but no gym. If we’d come back to Jodhpur, we’d would be staying in RAAS again. Best choice for central and high-class overnight stay

One of the best stays that I’ve ever had. The property is beautifully designed - like a hidden cache of green, fertile ground in a desert. The staff demonstrated high attentiveness without the overwrought, hammy nonsense that you receive throughout India. Instead, the staff seemed kind and dignified - an attitude commensurate with the beauty of the facility. The hotel advised us, at checkin, that we should not tip anyone until checkout - at which time, the hotel would share our tip across its staff. The room was super comfortable with a large, well-appointed bathroom. We enjoyed the pool (where the staff would occasionally serve complimentary snacks (eg roasted corn-on-the-cob, sweet lassi, etc…). We really enjoyed the hotel restaurant more than other food venues in the city. No complaints! Really great place!
