We booked two rooms at this hotel for our stay, but the experience was disappointing. Despite arriving for check-in at 1 PM, we had to wait almost an hour because the rooms were not ready, and we even saw guests vacating the rooms after we arrived. The rooms themselves were not clean. We couldn’t locate the switch to turn off the lights and ended up sleeping with the lights on. We later discovered the switch was oddly placed beneath the bed. The geyser was also not working, so we had to take cold showers. Additionally, the hotel is quite far from the temples and main attractions in Varanasi, which made commuting inconvenient. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations.

The hotel is clean, staff is helpful and nice. Limited choice dining. It is situated in a remote place. Difficult to get transportation.

A neat, clean , small property which is well served by its helpful and smiling employees. The hotel is well priced. The Breakfast Buffet is reasonably good. The best thing is the ample parking it provides for owner driven cars/ Cabs which is a luxary in a densely populated city like Varanasi. I was happy with the experience.

I planned this trip with family, and experience was good, on the personal note parts from all facilities or stay..the staff is very polite, help on personal level. Food is yummy at affordable cost.
