Pool was relaxing experience

The washroom was very piorely designws.. the entire water come out and it used to be extremely slippery

The food served at breakfast really needs attention. In spite of the massive number of items, the paste was simply not up to par. Maybe spice things up.

The best hotel in Ranchi

Staff are hospitable, property is clean, and food choices are excellent.

Nice and pleasant stay

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The first room I was given was a non-smoking room, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in both the hallway and the room. Despite notifying the front desk, I saw someone smoking with the door open in the room next to mine the following day. Eventually, I had to change rooms, but the new one was far from what you would expect from a five-star hotel. The facilities were not clean at all; the showerhead was rusted and the bathtub had visible cracks and signs of repairs. During my five-day stay, I ordered an iced Americano with breakfast, and except for one day, I received poorly made coffee. One day, they even brought me a hot latte instead. I had heard that this hotel was the best among those in the area, but I was truly disappointed.

Breakfast options and overall cleanliness was really good

Good and comfortable stay. Response from housekeeping and inroom dining was poor. Housekeeping never came though called for them.

I have also previously stayed at this hotel a few times. Situated in the centre of the city, this is an excellent hotel. This hotel is fantastic, and the location is perfect for experiencing the city's attractions whether you are there on business or for pleasure. As usual, the space was sleek, contemporary, and spotless. The hotel has a couple of restaurants, a spa, and a pool. The buffet breakfast served was excellent, including a good selection of dishes. The personnel, whether they were serving dinner or working at the reception, was kind and helpful, and the bed was extremely comfy. I'll stay here at this hotel the next time.

Whole Staff is Very Helpful and Accomodating

This is a beautiful hotel with superb staff and amazing hospitality!

Love the ambiance and rooms. Staff was courteous. The area around was noisy though.

Excellent breakfast buffet, beautiful facility, amazing hospitality and service. Only thing is that we had drilling above our room and the pool was under repair.

Excellent location for central access to Ranchi main road.

I checked in between Jan 30 -feb1 was checkout , I had booked a suite, I reached the hotel at 11 am from my tiring flight and upon arrival I meet a lady named miss Priya in reception very arrogant when I asked for early checkin she was disrespectful spoke very rudely , I was with my 4 year old son , finally she gave me the room at 1 pm after requesting many times , midnight when I was asleep lot of furniture movement noises inspite I complained the reception still it came , over all it was my worst stay ever I have seen the world but never will I travel to any of the radisson group hotels

Great property and food

Amazing place to rest dine and relax in Ranchi. Very well maintained Friendly staff. Fast response to any kind of requests. Meets and exceeds any international brand hotels. Would definitely recommend

The room I received first had stained duvets and holes in the couch. The walls were stained. The lock on the washroom doors were broken. After complaining to the staff and asking them to change the room twice, then they acquiesced. Again the new room had one dirty and another clean duvet, which I used. The staff was rude when asked for directions for restaurant in the hotel. The staffs in the restaurant were nice though. Next morning I went to ask the reception for a physical 'do not disturb' as there was none in the room. The reception staff behaved as if I was stupid and did not know anything. They asked me to use the switch in the room, which I did but it did not work. I was woken up by cleaning staff knocking and calling on the door, which I had to ask them to come back later. I stayed for a night but had horrible experience. I would not recommend the radisson group to anybody and would not stay here myself either.
