The staff is humble but they need lot of training, the manager did tried to make it up for the issues we faced but it again popped up the next day, will not use this hotel and service provider in future

I have booked Radisson, but was moved to other hotel... which is “Park inn by Radisson”... Acceptable, due to covid situation. But in the first place they should not open booking for Radisson at the first place... Expedia should confirm this with the service provider... Here I have given feedback for “park inn by Radisson” not for “Radisson”

The hotel took most precautions in view of COVID 19. Breakfast wasn’t included in room rate though it was mentioned at time of booking. Breakfast service was pretty slow even though there weren’t many tables occupied.
