The property is a rundown apartment , doesn't have proper ventilation. The Staff/Hotel Owner charged us 1000Rs more as we were 5 people to stay for 2 rooms. When booking the Hotel , I specifically mentioned that were 3 people and selected a Deluxe room (for 3 people) and Normal room (for 2 people)

Unfortunately, there is no way to rate negatively. Rooms, beds, sofas, windows, and corridors everywhere were filled with garbage only. Anyone can vomit while entering the toilets. Being a seasoned professional in the travel industry for the last 27 years, I have never had such a bad experience in life. Unluckily this had to be while touring with my own family. I am losing trust in hotels.com. In the future, I will think 100 times before booking through this site. My agency TicketsNTrips has already started selling domestic India and overseas trips and I do not think, I would encourage my employees to think of your service for our customers/clients.

Very old property Does not look like as it is shown in the pictures Rooms don't have attached bathrooms Common bathrooms are very bad I checked in and checked out in an hour after finding another stay near by They say that is why it is non refundable property I don't stay here even if they give it for free
