Cleanliness can improve as found two used towels and a toothpick in the wardrobe which was a bit disgusting. Also, the hotel should provide two bath towels and two hand towels for a couple. Otherwise, it was good.

Old room and bath, Toilet Flush works only sometimes than not anymore, only one Towl in bathroom availible, House climate fan runs all night , can't switch it off. First and last stay there.

The hotel is located next to some of most happening places in Bangalore like MG Road, Brigades, etc. The in-house Kodla restaurant is amazing. The day shift front desk staff is amazing. They action any requests we have. Good going guys. Keep it up 👍

This hotel has a great location - Richmond Circle which had my local office a stone's throw away. The staff is courteous and helping. Breakfast menu and taste both have a good scope for improvement. They have another restaurant 'Kudla' serving Mangalore cuisine - it serves awesome food.. Room is good but not outstanding. Air conditioning in the room was not functioning well and the bathroom shower had just a curtain and no collapsible glass door causing the water to flow all over the bathroom floor.

This was a hotel picked for a business meeting. It was clean, well maintained and very pleasant. It was a modern room with lots of buttons which meant inadvertently pressing do not disturb so the room was not cleaned. The on site restaurant whilst not fancy was perfect for eating in in a hurry. The staff were always polite and helpful.
