The rooms were not of good condition, doors were not getting locked properly, food was not of great quality, other basic amenities were not provided!

Pathetic rooms just walls are there empty room celing leakage and like living in hell Treebo hotels are worst it was my first and worst expericence i planed to celebrate X-mhas but it was horrible even basic amenities were missing Oyo and Goibibo are much better than this

Hotel receptionist was rude. Room service staff was polite and helpful. Before reaching to hotel , we had called the treebo call center to inform them about our late check in. Call center agent himself put a request for late check out (which we were not aware of). When we reached the hotel, hotel receptionist was very rude in declining the request which we did not make. In -2 degree C, they had given us a thin blanket. On couple of requests they provided us with another 2 thin and single bed blankets which were obviously not enough for 2 adults and a kid. Then we requested for the heater and they charged for the same. Are they charging the customers to survive in those weather conditions? Website mentioned that it was free breakfast but it did not mention that it was free limited breakfast and it was chargeable after their defined limit. Food was good though.

No comments, it is too far away from. Mall road, situated at nice location, food is very good just like home
