Everything was good as always

Excellent staff, spacious rooms, just the right amount of amenities.

Excellent staff, comfortable rooms and overall a very good hotel.

The room was very good, housekeeping staff was prompt and clean. Front desk staff was cold. No Good mornings, no pleasant faces. Did what was asked if help needed with stone blank face. need pleasant faces. When we were checking out, they never even asked us how our stay was or offered helpers with our bags. WIFI, internet services are poor. Very good spread for breakfast. Restaurant staff was courteous. Restaurant need to be treated for Roaches. While eating we saw roaches walking on the floor and on the last day there was a large roach on the bowl of onions. Room service food was very good. hot food with a generous portion and discount on every meal. that was good. unlike other hotels, we did not have workers coming running behind us everyday for tips. love the flowers on the lamp.

Nice and clean and good restaurant options. The best was the all inclusive breakfast as it had several options in breakfast. One of the best ever had in Mumbai..

I love this place for their fabulous restaurant!

While the facilities were good. The check in staff was rude. He first said " i dont have a reservation". Punk! he should check before making a statement. Also the food i ate; pahadi chicken tikka, gave me a stomach flu; that made me vomit for 3 days. Will not visit this hotel again. I also asked for a quiet room, the staff answered self confidently, " all rooms are quiet" , the one with windows facing the main street are noisy

Food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner! Service is excellent! The rooms need a facelift and could be more clean. There was dirt behind the TV and the showerheads were rusty.

Near to the Airport; Central location; Metro near; Catholic Church neighbor.
