出張で利用。 十分な広さで快適に過ごすことができた。

Nice hotel.

空港から少し離れていますが、空港送迎ｻｰﾋﾞｽを依頼すれば全く問題ありません。 深夜便・早朝便も対応頂けます。 ﾎﾃﾙにはﾚｽﾄﾗﾝが3箇所あり、ｲﾝﾄﾞ料理以外の食事も可能です。 商業施設からは少し離れていますが、ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽ目的の宿泊には最適です。

高速道路からそばで車の移動を前提とし

滞在中、一夜テレビが見れませんでした。また、PC机のライトが破裂しガラスを頭からかぶりました。その後の掃除も適当で、破片を自分で集めました。あれではけがをします。もう使いたくありません。

Food not upto par. Public bathrooms not clean and unfriendly service.

Staff were very helpful and responsive! There were issues with the room we booked, so the hotel kindly upgraded us! And a huge thank you to thw staff for helping us when my partner got sick! They drove us to the hospital and the driver stayed with us until my partner was released from ER. On the floor we stayed at there was tea and coffee with pastries every day. Breakfast was good, including made to order items.

I was allotted room on 9th floor.sime work was going on on the terrace in the night & I could not sleep the whole night. Work was not stopped in spite of my so many request Please check till 2 am I made call to reception

Service, staff, food, cleanliness - exceptionally good

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms.

The hotel is good enough - even for Westerners, but it's a little dated. The rooms are slightly above Motel 6, but below Hampton Inn. We felt safe and welcome and everyone was nice. The bar was a bit limited and expensive for an Indian hotel. You have to sit at a restaurant table in order to drink from the bar, which feels a bit odd.

The WiFi was not working, Air conditioner was not working. The staff had to come and repair the ac in both rooms which took more than an hour. Please give us our money back.

Well maintained hotel with very polite and courteous staff. Food in both the restaurant was excellent.

The room was not ready even by 2.30pm... we got the room only by 3pm...the swimming pool chnage room is common for ladies and gents... there are 2 rooms and the lock of one of them was not working.... the lockers were filled with dirty dishes and used towels and other stuff... the chnage room was infested with mosquitoes..... Also there was conference going on and the high tea was served next to the pool with all the people watching as you swam... it was particularly distressi g for the lady swimmers..... i dont think this is a5 star category hotel.....only plus point was the room service and restaurant staff.... the food was also good and reasonably priced.....
