Location of property is good. Hotel quality and facility is really poor. Breakfast is the worst. Not value for money.

Good location, service quality is also good and comfortable stay.

I had to ask specifically for a roll of TP. That was interesting. The hot water was not working, and I'm not sure if the AC was working or just blowing air. A block away is a very modern hotel at $40 more per night. On the good side, Sea Green South offered laundry services at about 1/4 the price of the "modern" hotel.

Not that great place, but again the view can always compensate with all other negatives !! Restaurant not available in this place !! Order food from outside !! Place is just at the next block to the Air India & Trident Hotel building perticularly on the main road !! Overall an OK place to be !!

No hot water in the bathroom. Staff got hot water with buckets. Got an electric shock after pulling in my hair dryer. Small rooms. Would have complained about the electric shock, but was there only for one day and have to leave around 2am to go to the airport. Define no no. The Sea Green Hotel is a lot better, even though it's the same building, split in two (no south in the name)

Очень просторный номер со стандартным набором мебели. Каждое утро приносили континентальный завтрак (омлет, тосты, кофе и чай в пакетиках, бананы и молоко). Также ежедневно приносили местную газету. На второй день принесли полотенце и мыло и гель для душа. Очень порадовал балкон с видом на набережную, где утром можно попить кофе. На ресепшене можно оставить вещи после выписки. Персонал - дружелюбный.

Right off the bat, I learned that the Sea Green Hotel and Sea Green South Hotel are right next to each other in the exact same building. So that was kind of confusing. Mumbai is an expensive place to stay, but Sea Green South provides good value with a nice location. We got a sea view room, and it was really lovely. The room itself was nothing to write home about. The safe in the cupboard didn't have battery so it wasn't usable. I had to ask for toilet paper, as there was none in the bathroom when we arrived. The wifi doesn't really work, the water pressure was a joke, and the hot water gets lukewarm at best. However, the free breakfast is incredibly filling, and the staff working there are very friendly. I would probably stay here again.

Located on marine drive close to many restaurants and offices..great. Front desk very courteous and helpful, especially Mr Hegde and Mr Sanil. However, freshly laundered clean folded face and bath towels were kept directly on the floor in the LIFT where everybody was using to go up and down..THIS IS A No-No... This threw my mood off .. Very poor basic sanitary conditions where they should have been in plastic bags..!!! Very very Noisy staff on second floor with very dirty kitchen (second floor where workers hang out and with door always open. Normally they have a LIFT attendant. However..also for 3 days I was there..They were hardly around and sometimes LIFT were stuck on other FLOORS. Unfortunately HE Needs to improve a lots for basic customer care and staff sanitary level as compared to other side SeaGreen Hotel (sister hotel adjoining) where everything is much better where I stayed 3 days earlier or three days also. I had to extend my stay but there was no space.. so I booked at seagreen south. As things were being noticed,I made it a point to inform the front desk manager.. hoping for the better next time.

Was extremely unhappy with my stay there. There was no Wi-Fi. And the breakfast which was complimentary was a complete farce with just bread and eggs. Can't recommend this place at all.

Perfect for a couple of nights. Great price for location. Couldn't be better. Large rooms. Just what we wanted with character too'

nice place.the staff are all kind and friendly and the room service and breakfast is excellent.also it is located in the best spot of the city with sea view and marine drive road beside the sea that is live all day and night with people.

Renovation required We advised it was paid thru Expedia but Front desk still asked for payment when check out Need to ask for toilet paper, towel etc Staffs expect tips when provide the above

I paid premium for this hotel because I stayed there over the supposedly busy New Years period. This room was not cleaned by hotel staff even once across the 5 night/ 6 day stay. The floor looked filthy and everything in the room felt greasy and dirty to touch. The sheets were clean but the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Thankfully I was traveling with my own towel - wouldn't touch the ones they provided. The room on the website facing the ocean looked lovely but I was given a dark room on the first floor at the back of the building. The experience was generally unpleasant.

NOTHING SPECIAL OR WORTH MENTIONING AS IT WAS AN OFFICIAL TRIP.
