Due to some unavoidable reason, i was refused to enter island, so unable to check in hotel. And my reservation is not allowed to be cancelled then.

Unfriendly welcome by desk staff. One member (Khushboo) seemed to be interested only in flogging a higher priced room instead of providing the service paid for. And the other ( Ram) was clueless in most aspects. There was no point in asking him anything - just got blank view! The hotel had even made me pay in FULL when I booked 8 weeks prior - which was against the Hotels.com policy ( which allows you to pay on arrival). The restaurant staff were good.

Ok for a brief one night stop before an early flight. Wi-Fi poor. Restaurant on rooftop very nice atmosphere and food. Very good service. Checkin staff professional and efficient despite the red tape form filling that foreigners have to go through. Rip off taxi arrangements for foreign guests but as it was early we couldn’t be bothered to sort a taxi ourselves.

Our stay was very pleasant at Sea Shell. It is located just 5 mins. away from the airport. Staff are very friendly and try their best to accommodate any preferences. Their breakfast spread is very good too.

Hotel location is not suitable for tourists, also hotel staff is new and not able to guide on anything. Wifi is terrible compare to other port blair hotels. Breakfast is also below average.

Food was excellent and staff were extremely helpful. Top floors not used and rooms were in basement. Infrastructure is working and tired. bed linen was not clean.

Service is super friendly- hotel is close to airport and very clean BUT for India the hotel is overpriced particularly since it does not have a pool. During our 4 day stay the room was not cleaned once. The toilet seat was not attached and the hotel does not provide free mineral water. While the room was clean, it was in a basement facing the concrete foundation with absolutely no natural light. Bunker living is not everyone’s idea of a dream vacation at a beach resort.
