Treated like a king from minute I arrived. Easily best service at any hotel I have ever had. Unbelievably good. Room are lovely and although paid breakfast it’s was superb for the price. Drinks also were really well priced and on many occasions cheaper than bars. Can’t wait to go back

We had a truly fantastic stay at the hotel everything was simply perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My husband celebrated his birthday during our visit, and the head chef arranged a cake, which was even served with a birthday song from him and his team. Such a thoughtful and personal gesture and the cake was complimentary. I didn’t meet a single staff member without a smile or a kind greeting. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We met the owner at breakfast who organised for a chocolate cake to be delivered to our room for afternoon tea so we felt very spoilt. The Junior Suite was spacious with a separate lounge seating which was very comfortable.

The staff are the best

Such a gem of a place! Excellent service, polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, well-maintained grounds, quiet, peaceful and lots of greenery. What more can I ask for. A very good breakfast to start your day. Kudos to the management for running this place efficiently. Special thanks to Mr. Mario and his entire team for making our stay extremely comfortable!!

Second time staying at this excellent hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable and the three swimming pools are all very clean and lovely to use. The staff really go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Always smiling and friendly and happy to take time to chat with the guests. The food is wonderful and the head chef takes great pride in his work. He is also very accommodating and happy to take on any challenges if you want something that’s not on the menu. The owner takes the time to meet the guests - thank you for the chocolate cake which was amazing! I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and we will definitely return.

Hospitality is too good and all staffs are very supportive Also property owner personally come and ask the convenience and aving food with guests. All in all its good and safe place to stay.

Das Seashells lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein tolles Hotel mit super tollen Personal. Als Deutscher ist man schon echt überfordert mit so viel Service kennt man halt so nicht.(Servicewüste Deutschland Kunde kommt rennt schnell weg) Jeden Morgen kommt der Besitzer zum Frühstück und redet mit den Gästen sowie auch die Angestellten. Kein Wunsch bleibt offen. Als Willkommensgruß gab es eine Torte aufs Zimmer. Da mein Mann zufällig Geburtstag hatte gab es ein Kuchen und von den Angestellten ein Geburtstagslied. Das ist schon einzigartig. Bislang hat das kein 5 Sterne Hotel in den wir sonst waren jemals von sich aus getan. Die Zimmer sind schön groß das macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Unter anderem gibt es 3 Pools eine schöne Dachterasse wo man Abends essen gehen kann. Die Preise sind dafür sehr angemessen und von bester Qualität. Für uns ist es das beste Hotel in Candolim.

Very good hotel. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The Owner and his son greeted you at breakfast each day which was a nice touch. I could not fine any faults with the hotel and it lived up to all the other 5 star reviews that had been posted.

Excellent service and staff. Clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

A difficult review to write. The property, the room, the pools, the restaurant, all excellent. The staff try really hard, but management needs to focus a little more on core issues; less on the flattering touches. Instead of sending me a cake, ensure the public are toilet tap is working. Ensure the reception staff are awake and ready for work at 0645 hours, and are not still 'resting'. Stop the staff from asking for good reviews. The hotel is really a four-star hotel, which tries hard and delivers on almost everything. A word about the clientele - many British retirees are at the hotel - this is the key market. If I had known this, I would not have booked. It's a bit like a luxury old folks' home. But this is all nit-picking - the hotel is very very good.

Great location abt 5mins walk from beach. Rooms and resort are immaculate as is the food in the restaurant. Staff are wonderful. Highly recommend

Very pleasant and polite staf

Tack så otroligt mycket för fyra fantastiska nätter på Seashell. Vi har bott på Seashell de tre senaste åren och är så otroligt nöjda. Allt är perfekt! Personalen är fantastisk, servicen är så hög så vi nästan rodnar. Villorna är stora, rena, bekväma och så fint underhållna. Trädgården är så vacker och tas om hand av skickliga trädgårdsmästare. Poolerna, 3 st, är fläckfria och solstolarna så bekväma. Frukosten är mycket välsorterad och alla i personalen gör vad de kan för att du ska få en så fin upplevelse som möjligt. Vi åkte upp till takbaren på hotellet och njöt av en drink i solnedgången, det enda man skulle kunna önska sig är några lounge-möbler där uppe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. We booked a villa and it was really large and cleaned daily. All of the members of staff were friendly and really helpful and we would definitely come back here again. It is also situated in a very good position for the beach, shops and restaurants so we didn’t need to get any taxis anywhere apart from the airport. The food was also very good too.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom villa, located next to a pool on the property. The villa was set back from the busy road, so it was very quiet and relaxing. We saw many lovely birds just outside our villa. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent. We ate a sumptuous breakfast one day, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beach is about a quarter mile from the hotel, we went for walks a couple of times. It does get crowded so we preferred to hang out at the hotel pool.
