年末にSparsa Resorts (Kanyakumari)に泊まりました。清潔で近代的でおしゃれなホテルです。立地もよく、部屋からサンセットが見えますし、海沿いに歩いて岬のガートまで行って朝日を見ることもできます。 しかし、あるフロントの男性は、 ・カジュアルな服装で行った私をチェックイン時にあまり快く受け入れてくれなかった ・何の説明もなしに「ゴミ置き場」の正面の部屋に入れられた ・バスの時間を確認せずに間違って知らせた など、サービスについては満足できるものではありませんでした。 また、レストランでビールなどアルコール類が飲めないということも残念でしたが、バーに夕食を持ってきてもらうことができました。

An otherwise charming hotel is in dire need of repairs and maintenance. Flies and dirty. Would not recommend.

Convenient property to visit the kaniyaa Kumari Amman Temple and the sunrise spot. Super expensive property and not as many amenities for the money they charge. Property has not been renovated for ages. TV did not work for me. Internet was spotty. Pool and surrounding not so much attractive for the price they charge. There are limited options in this area and this in probably the best option.

Staat van het hotel van binnen slecht. Bedden vreselijk enige wat mooi was, was de tuin voor het hotel.

Everything about this property was bad. Pics shown on expedia website were not actual. Rooms and property were very dirty, bed bugs, dust foul smell, furniture were centuary old. Tennis court shown on expedia was in shambles, broken. Breakfast food was bad, . Did expedia even verified the property authentication ?? I've taken few pics, if expedia is interested. Not worth of the money paid, would like to have some refund/,credit back

On option for sea view rooms therefore when booking do keep this in mind.

very eco friendly hotel, we even saw couple of peacocks in the front yard of the hotel. However there was no hot water in the shower at 7 AM. they rectified the situation after reminding the front desk. The hotel location is very good.

This is one of the worst establishments that we have ever stayed in. I wouldn't even call it a motel, forget about calling it a resort. We had booked 4 rooms as we were a group of friends traveling. The bathroom drains were clogged and even after asking 4 times to the hospitality team to get it unclogged, they did not act on it. There were no amenities in the room. The conditions of the rooms were just horrible.

Sparsa Resorts is by the ocean, very easy walk to the Sunrise/Sunset viewing Tower And an easy walk to the Kanyakumari Devi temple and thus the ferry to Vivekananda Rock/Tiruvalluvar. Pool is an extra plus, and breakfast is good also. The property does appear dated and the bathrooms could do with a refresh. Convenience and location is a big plus

I have stayed at Sparsa before covid both at KK and Thiruvanamalai. I was very happy and so went back with a guest from Kashmir! However, this time (August 2022) I found the KK property deteriorated, the lamps dirty, and the bathrooms old with patchy floors. I had to stay on till 5 pm in KK They charged me a full days rent to do so although they showed me no written policy on the matter. In case, I will try not to go back! I am very sorry to say so especially since I was devoted to this chain!

Great outside of property and views. Large rooms spacious. Not a single staff member or guest wore mask. Can do with better towels and actual hot water for shower. Good restaurant.

It is the worst experience I have ever had

Good staff and service. Facility old and not maintained-needs updating, room AC not working, towels, sheets - dusty looking,need to be replaced for new ones, shower, sink faucets need to be replaced - barely working. Nice garden and location.

Nice place to stay. Calm and quite lclose to and not far from from the most desirable spots of interests.

Simple three star hotel in a decent location not far from sunset point. Rooms are large but s little tired in terms of decor. Bathrooms are basic. Good restaurant and pretty gardens out front.

Front desk staff were nice. Property is in a good location. Rooms are old and the amenities in the bath rooms need upgrading

The rooms are run down . They need renovation. The air conditioner doesn’t work properly . Staff are friendly and helpful

Not at all worth the cost. Horrible stay at what is basically a motel.
