今回、デリー、バラナシを回った後、こちらのホテルで2泊しました。それまではゲストハウスばかりだったので設備が充実して感動でした。 ·アメニティ(シャンプー、石鹸、歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップ)あり ·シャワー、バスタブ、バスタオルあり ·毎日ペットボトル2本無料 ·朝食付き(利用しなかったので評価無し) ·スリッパ無し(当たり前ですね) 長旅の疲れからか夜中に下痢になり、朝フロントで説明して下痢止め薬をもらい助かりました。スタッフの対応も良かったです。

The room was stuffy and smelled of cigarette smoke. The place looked shabby. The towels were dirty. Power would go off intermittently. The only thing going for the place was that it was available last minute, and the beds were horizontal.

I visited Pune for two days and stayed at St Laurn, however the condition of the property, the cleanliness was just horrible. The upholstery in the room was dirty and stained, looked like it was at least 10 years old. The washrooms were stained and dirty, there was water leakages. I would not stay at this hotel even if they offered free rooms.

After more than 10 hours driving (almost 5 hours in a terrible trip from Mumbai to Pune) and 3 flights from Europe, I arrived at hotel around 8.30AM and I asked if the quiet room which I paid for is ready. I told that I am VERY tired and if the room is good I will stay at least one week (I am still in Pune). They told me that I need to wait. I was waiting so much that I even fell asleep couple of times on the chair. Finally, after 10AM I could go to the room after I paid something at reception thinking that it was local tax, since for the hotel I paid couple of days before. Even being very tired I could not sleep because of crazy noise from street (tipical in India to have the hand bonded on horn buton). I thought that I will sleep well during the night. No way! Even the room was at last floor, it was impossible for me to sleep because it was just above the main Street. In the morning I asked at reception to change my room and they did it quite fast. It was a little better than first one but still noise, old, not working TV (like first one). I just refused to stay longer than booking since they also increased the price. For half amount of money you can have MUCH better rooms in Europa and QUIET ONES IN CIVILIZED cities. So BE SURE you arrive at hotel when checkin starts, since for couple hours earlier they charged me with 1200 rupees (as early check-in). Please double check if breakfast is INDEED included when you book online the room!!! I had this 'nice' surprise.

Decent stay, a very short one

The staff were very good, the food was excellent, the property was tired and old. No shower door, insufficient toilet paper and no facial tissues The check out was slow

Efter at have kørt i tog i 7 timer og havde valgt dette hotel netop pga dets faciliteter, så blev jeg meget skuffet! Poolen var fuld af alger, så man måtte ikke bade. Der var ingen liggestole på tagterrassen, som vist på billederne. Flere fitnessmaskiner var i stykker. Vandet fra hanerne var sort (også efter at have ladet vandet løbe i en time!). Buffeten var forsinket med en time. Maden smagte dig rigtig lækkert, så om ikke andet, kan man besøge restauranten, hvis man har lyst.

Excellent security. Reception staff speak very little English not very helpful. We asked for taxi which was apparently ordered it never arrived had to wait over an hour for one to eventually turn up. No western food in buffet although they say a mix of Indian and western. Everything too spicy for us. A girl in the buffet fortunately made us some special soup and chicken which was good of her. I think she did this because we wrote on survey about the spiciness of the food. Room ok but needs refurbishment mirror fell off wall. Overall ok but they had no maps to offer of Pune and no suggestions of sites to visit. Could be a lot better!

Rest nothing seemed to be even worth the effort. Firstly the charged my credit card even before I reached the Hotel. When I called to ask them, I got a rude and arrogant reply that it is a "Hotel Policy". I told them that I would like to pay by cash, but they insisted that they would charge my credit card which was only a booking requirement as per Expedia. The Food was something you get at a bad roadside food stall. The Waiters and the Front Desk Staff were as rude and arrogant as if they were doing me a favour. The experience was like staying in a highway motel.

A/C, Drainage and refrigerators in any of 5 rooms we were moved to Did not work. Too many staff but they were limited to what they could do. Best part was quality of buffet and bell captain & Door man. All of this was over & above roaches visiting your washrooms daily, We used the hotel to house the luggage & shower & get ready for the wedding we went to Pune for. We were sleeping with families staying in the hotel next door. Go figure.

Dirty Walls, Broken shower glass partition and half the menu in the restaurant for in-room dining was unavailable. Check in was delayed for 30 minutes as the room was not ready.

Hotel room was disappointing. Stayed at other budget hotels in India and this hotel's facilities / rooms require some serious upgrade. Look elsewhere.

Good hotel for stay for one/two day. Buffet table for breakfast and lunch/dinner to have more selective spread. In between the tables ie one table and another to be more space.

ONE WORD PATHETIC

Hotel was good with close proximity to osho meditation centre, german bakery and major restaurants and malls of pune. Airport is 20 mins drive from the hotel. facilities at hotel were good wrt business stay and breakfast was also good.

the stay was absolutely fine and very comfortable. however one feedback is to improve the quality of front desk activities. While the staff are helpful, they are not necessarily customer centric.
