チェンナイ空港まで車で送迎(車)して頂けるのですが、車は、なかなか来ずに待たされます。(私の場合、30分程度) 部屋は結構広めですが、設備は最小限です。 空港に近い、というのが最大のメリットです。

very near from the international air port. They have free driving service, anytime. Breakfast was free. Taste , OK.

空港からの送迎は前もって予約出来ず、空港から電話すると迎えに来てくれるようです。 私は日本から持ってきた携帯から掛けられず、空港に公衆電話も無かったので空港からプリペイドタクシーで行きました。 翌日出会った旅行者に聞いたら、電話したら三十分後と言われたと言ってたので待つ可能性はあります。 空港からすぐですが、プリペイドタクシーで夜10時過ぎで300ルピーでした。 翌日空港まで送って貰いましたが、送迎つきはやはり便利でした。

夜遅く空港に到着しましたが、シャトル車を送ってくれました。 タクシー手配もお願い出来、空港ホテルとして充分満足です。 朝食が美味しかったです。

Location of this hotel is ideal for a trip to airport. Service is very good and for the price this is a really good find.

Worth for the money

We booked the hotel without any expectations- just for the proximity to the airport. Were pleasantly surprised by it. The rooms were clean & bathroom was neat. Appreciated that all rooms were non-smoking. Courteous front desk personnel. The best was the free drop-off to the airport.

Nice hotel, close to the Chennai airport. Shuttle service to and from airport.

We only stayed a night, hotel was a bit rundown, aircon in my sons room didn't work. Area around the hotel was a bit rundown and grubby, but we wanted close to the airport which this hotel ticks off. Went to the restaurant in the evening staff appeared terrified to have a customer and disappeared, it took 40 minites to even place an order. When it came food was tasty and plentiful. Checkout and transfer back to the airport was good and efficient. Checkin took ages and we had been travelling for 24 hours and just wanted our rooms.

Beautiful hotel

This hotel is near the airport and has a 24hr airport shuttle which was just what we wanted. The hotel OK, a bit tired maybe. The area it is in is also OK although there's no restaurants outside it, we had dinner at the hotel and it was great.

No toilet paper. Flushing non-functional. Cable TV not working.

The only good thing about the property is how close it is the airport. The shuttle pick up was a fiasco, I messaged the hotel twice about when I was arriving and had no response, I ended up calling 5 times and waiting half an hour to be picked up. I didn't have an Indian SIM card as I was only here for a night, so it made it extra difficult. Apparently the hotel expected me to have the phone number of the driver although they never gave it to me. Shuttle back to the airport in the morning was much smoother, which I was grateful for. Although the seat belts for guests are broken. The rooms are shabby and various things broken, there was no toilet paper in the room. I asked to change rooms as the window was broken and didn't shut, and it would have been possible for someone to access the room from the alley outside. The hotel staff tried to fob me off saying the place was fully booked so I couldn't change rooms, but this wasn't the case. I found the staff to be unfriendly and unwelcoming, other than the shuttle driver in the morning.
