布団はちゃんとしているので、最低限の宿泊にはよし。 トイレもペーパーが使えるが、シャワーの空間とは分かれていません。夜は外が結構うるさい。 諸事情でホテルがなかったのですが、予約してすぐ泊まれて助かりました。

Good staff, clean room

This hotel was a complete scam. The profile and photos were misleading, and the property itself was in a filthy, unsafe area. The environment felt uncomfortable and not secure. While the service was passable, it didn’t make up for the overall poor experience. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.

They "lost" the reservation after sending a confirmation, said they didn't have a room available. This was the middle of the night, so agreed to go to their sister location three blocks away. No sheet set, no AC, no toilet paper. Will be filling a claim with Expedia to get our money back. Really horrible experience.

Perfect hotel best service ever on reception. Mr Adil Manager was very niceand decentat his work. If someone needs help, he is always review.

Great stay good staff, good location. It is very affordable. Rooms are very neat and clean. Locayed near New Delhi Railway Station.

Clean, but dodgy plumbing and electricity

Easy to access lovated in the main road of Paharganj. Hotel ambience was very sweet and breathtaking. Good and helpful staff

Nice stay, Good Service

Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room. We didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! We will come again!

This hotel will be just ok to stay for a day while transiting via Delhi. Located close to a busy junction, close to KFC and other eateries. Room was not so clean and it was too cold due to winter month (with no central heating facilities available). Dirty water from the tap! The reception person insisting us to give the hotel high rating and trying to get our phone closer to him and instructing us! This is invasive of privacy and really bad in “taste”! I hope hotels.com beware of this hotel’s rating, It might not be genuine one if every guest has to go through this sort of pressure for rating upon check out. Please take note!

I love Delhi. You have to love Delhi to stay here. This is a commercial business traveler type of hotel district, with occasional foreigners. Typical business is extruded aluminum. No room heat but that’s typical of North Indian hotels. No hot water or at best tepid. the first night — after asking, they said Oh just call us and give a few minutes notice if you want to take a shower and we will turn the heat on. My windows don’t open or don’t open fully. I guess that’s okay because my room directly overlooked a main road with not just all-night traffic and the usual honking and beeping but also booming repetitive commercial advertising over loudspeakers from more or less right by my window. “Wanh wanh wanh wanh Dilli ke dil, Dilli ke dil wanh wanh wanh wanh” Over and over on a 30 second cycle; not stopping or reducing in volume not even 3-5am. Well, next guy I mentioned this to, said, well Paharganj will always be Paharganj. So go there, stay there, if you have work there, but if you want good sleep get a rear-facing window, check in for one night to see if you can sleep and only then stay for longer, or choose a hotel near a park. A room HEPA air filter would be a great addition to quality of life for hotel visitors, since a Delhi air this season has about a half mile visibility. I’m home now coughing up tan colors from my lungs. Look this is not criticism of the hotel or its staff; everyone and the facilities were great. I am the one who picked this location randomly.

From the point of our entrance to the hotel, the staff at the hotel made sure to greet us and ensure a warm welcome. The dining and meal buffet was another addition to the delight of an experience that we had - chefs made sure the food was in variety of options plus making sure of the quality of the same. Room service were also available 24 by 7 and quick to serve us.

The check-in experience was seamless and the staff at reception/service were very cordial. The room and bathroom were very clean. Satisfied.

The hotel is easy to find and has ample parking space. The service is prompt, and it has a slightly heritage or old-world charm about it, with very spacious rooms. Whether you want to relax by the pool you can do it all here. This is a hotel that you must visit and stay at for the wonderful experience it provides.

Neat and clean rooms, good buffet spread both for dinner and breakfast. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

I had planned a stay for my parents on their anniv and i must say the way it was planned from flowers to cake to dinner was just perfect, highly recommend them. Thank you for the awesome service
