Around the hotel is dump area. Really dirty area. Photos are not real. We had to pay extra, to get better rooms as the standard rooms are very poor. And even in this case, they did not included the breakfast in the rate. Not a nice experience at all.

Convenient, close to the beach, easy access to the market and restaurants.

Comfortable hotel, 2 mins walk from the main Arambol beach. I have stayed here 3 times now. The owner Rahul is a kind-hearted man who is happy to assist you with any requirements.

A perfectly positioned hotel in the centre of Arambol, just 3 minutes walk from the beach. I have stayed there twice now. I recommend that you book either one of the sea view rooms at the front, (but make sure you get one with aircon!)... ...or one of the premium rooms on the upper floors at the back. The proprietor "Rahul" is a gentleman. He speaks fluent English and will assist you with any special needs.

Wifi not working, broken toilet seat, door lock not working whole night sleep without closing the door

This place was the worst place ever. My boyfriend and I arrived and had booked a Deluxe room with private bathroom...the room looked absolutely nothing like the photos of the listing online. The room was dirty, the bedsheets had stains, the windows were jammed open and couldn't be closed, the towel rack in the bathroom was rusty, the bed was way smaller than described, the matress was torn under the sheets and the inside material was coming out, a light bulb was missing. The listing said the room had blackout curtains which was NOT the case. It was terrible, especially considering how much we had paid for it (we booked to be there the week of Christmas). We confronted the front desk with this and they literally didn't know what to say. The place was fully booked and they said they could move us to another room of the same category the next day. Upon asking them to show us a photo of that room the guy at the front desk said "it's the exact same room"...after which he grabbed his phone and showed us photos of a room that again looked NOTHING like the room we were in. We got on Hotels.com support but they were sadly very disappointing and were not able to help us. My boyfriend and I made a decision to not stay here. We lost quite some money by doing so but this room was an absolute disgrace and should not be rented out. Do yourself a favor and avoid stress and losing money by NOT booking this place.

Un excelente hotel muy bien situado, a cuatro pasos de la playa, buenas vistas, y maravilloso personal. El servicio de habitaciones es muy bueno. Lo único que no me gustó es que las sábanas y toallas eran azules, no blancas.

Dejlig kort afstand til stranden og restauranter. For at komme ind til hotellet. Skal man igennem en knallert udlejer og snog sig igennem. Det ligger mellem byggerod og affald . Hvis man skal bruge fælles området kigger man ligeledes på affald.ingen el stik på badeværelset.ingen rengøring eller toilet papir . køkken vasken er klemt inde af et kæmpe køleskab .ingen affald spand overhovedet.Vi havde booket 3 uger men rejste efter 6 dage

A lovely property very close to the beach. Its a 15 minutes walk from Harmal bus stop situated in close proximity to the beach. I was personally elated by the behavior of the staff. They are very friendly and easy to gel with. They have spacious sitting arrangements just outside of the rooms to hang out with your buddies or even all by yourself sipping on an ice cold beer. Everything from the beach to all the shops and eateries are at a stone throw distance from the hotel which make it even more convenient for the travelers staying there. Overall, it was a very good experience for me and my girlfriend. If we plan to visit Arambol again, we would definitely choose to stay here. Cheers!

A bit difficult to find but it is in a good location, the staff was amazing and really helpful. The internet didn't get to the room. Room was super clean. I recommend this place

Hotel was ok. However during my stay my room had lots of ants and some rather large cockroaches, i asked to be moved rooms but waa refused. Service was ok overall. You get what you pay for. Quite far from arambol beach.

Even though I informed guesthouse we were arriving late no staff around had to find them and literally pour water on them to wake them even though I had pre booked and played they couldn't find my booking for ages. Noisey bed.could not wait to leave two nights to long noise from building site opposite.

Room was a bit small and was expecting a room with a view, I think they changed our room because we arrived one day later than planned, then we extended for one night and got a much better room (the one I was expecting to have).

This is best budgeted apartment who offer most services under one roof like room service for food and beverage, taxi counter for outing, free WiFi, room amenities, has good genuine foreigners in-house etc. Best place to stay with family, couples as we spend entire day time for outing so why waste money on accommodation? Apartment owner Mr. Rahul is very nice man, polite, hotel staff also very helpful and courtious, trustworthy. Overall very good place to stay near Beach in low budget so we can save money for shopping, outing etc. I stayed with my parents(age 70 and 75) who wish to see and roam arround goa. Mr rahul had arrange best things for me including my pickup from PERNEM station, outing in goa, light Indian vegetarian food for my parents, his staff bring medicine for my mother. Overall I got exceptional service offered beyond which was I paid for. I wish Mr. Rahul all the best for growing his business very well. Thanks Mr. Rahul for everything.
