やはり最高のおもてなし。 何か問題があれば、すぐに対応してくれます。 強いて言えば、バスローブなどが用意してある時とそうでないと時がありました。 疲れて部屋に帰ってくると、薔薇の花で飾られたフットバスも用意してあり、感激。 しかし、私がパスポートを忘れて空港まで行った時には、迅速に対応してくれて、無事に飛行機に乗れました。

夕方戻ったら、フットマッサージ用の桶とソルトを置いてくれていたり、細かいサービスが嬉しい

三度目の滞在ですが、いつも満足してます。清潔だし、スタッフの対応が良いし、食事も美味しいのでありがたいのです。特に、サウザン・スパイスは美味しいです。

建物は1974と年代を感じますが、室内はリニューアルされており、常に綺麗に保たれ、スタッフが皆笑顔で素晴らしいホスピタリティのホテルです。Southern Spiceレストランの料理はぜひトライするべきです。

The view of the pool is very nice. The breakfast is delicious, and the service of the staff is also wonderful. The bad thing is that the rooms are under renovation and the sound of construction is noisy during the day. If you go to the pool or gym, you do not mind.

従業員はよく教育されている。 ウェルカムドリムに加えてケーキにサービスもあった。 掃除も行きとどいている。 レストランも良かった。南インド料理を楽しめた。 但し、２点気になることがあり、減点。 １．テレビがサムスン製。 ２．ホテルまでのタクシーを頼むと、 　高いホテルタクシーしか選択肢しかない。 　いくらなんでも、２１００ルピーは高すぎる。

The breakfast food taste was a hit and miss. The south indian food was a let down given the hotel is in chennai. Even the food at Anise was a hit and miss. It felt like a basic indian restaurant menu but 5 star prices with the quality and taste that can be easily be beaten by a roadside regular popular restaurant.

Everything was great! Room, staff, amenities. Special thanks to the doorman Yuvraj for sourcing an umbrella for me multiple times. To anyone going for a US visa thing (bio, int). It's a bit of a pain to walk to the consulate/biometric place because roads are dug up. But not too bad, about 15 minutes of a walk, faster if you can hail transport and pay without a phone. Please leave your stuff at the hotel, locker situation is dicey.

Very good hotel with easy connections to all parts of Chennai. Efficient staff and very good room amenities. Sauna and gym were very well managed.

Great, welcoming staff - without exception, every single staff member we encountered was happy, smiley, and welcoming. For a Club Room, thought the room was nice, if perhaps a little dated. Really comfy bed and well equipped bathroom, nice extras such as the foot bath, quality amenities, great bath robes and bath towels. Everything changed daily when required. Now the niggles, fridge not working (had to be replaced by a slightly noisy stand alone), noisy air con (yes I could have reported it and perhaps changed rooms but half way through our stay, this wasn't an option), not a great view from the window. Breakfast options aren't great - nice but not stand out. Club Lounge dress code - have it, or don't! Overall a pleasant enough stay but perhaps next time in Chennai we would look elsewhere.

Excellent service as always. This is my fourth stay and Taj has not disappointed me. The courtesy shown by the forecourt staff Ilayaraja, Loganathan and Ishwar was wonderful. Check in and check out staff like Amit, Sruti, Currie, Jocelyn amongst others were exemplary. Nothing was too much for them. Govind and Satish in the gym and Kuppuswamy in breakfast stood out. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. I cannot stop praising their service.

Let me start with the welcome. Every staff member at the door was welcoming, always looking out for our convenience especially Loganathan and Vijayaraj. Their smile always made our day. The staff at the reception were very cordial and helpful at all times. The breakfast was exceptional. The food was fresh and had a good variety. I have to mention some of the best people I have met in my life who were always pleasant and served us with a warm smile. Mr.Prakash the chef who took the time to give us the best dosas and Mr. Kuppuswamy whose filter coffee and service , you cannot find anywhere in the world. The entire team of Mr. John were awesome. The staff at the Southern Spice restaurant were also very welcoming and made our time enjoyable. Altogether our time at the Taj Coramandel was unforgettable and the best time ever!
