This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The decoration is beautiful and service is hart-warming. I recommend this hotel. The accommodation fee is expensive but it is worth it.

Stayed many times, good hotel, staff are very friendly, facilities are good, rooms good! Ramjee in the Spa is great and Chan in the restaurant needs special mention.

I find the taj is just overall a great chain and you can’t really go wrong at any of their properties.

Enjoyed the pool, gym and food (breakfast and dinner at Marwar). Good communication and very helpful staff.

Room was spotless. Staff amazing.

Excellent service and stay

It is rated as a five star hotel but it was filthy

We stayed at many Taj hotels in India but this is first time we felt like it’s not up to it’s standards.

The food was great along with the service provided by the F&B staff in the dining area. They were very caring, polite and served with lots of love & respect. The hotel was spacious to walk around. However, the rooms, the wardrobes, the facilities, toiletries etc. did not have the mark of a 5-star Taj brand. They were equivalent to a 3-star rating. The iron malfunctioned, the fan was making noise and there was no special care & attention during our stay that would leave us with a WOW factor - it was totally missing. Only the dining area staff were doing a great job equivalent of a 5-star experience !!

Bathrooms were not clean, room was not that great. Food was amazing. Staff was rude especially front desk(reception). Rest of them were good. Only food was the best part of our stay.

Todos a toda hora pendientes de cualquier necesidad, tienen un espectáculo por la noche, el personal en el bar y restaurante impecable, la comida deliciosa y la ahabitaciones súper cómodas todo me encantó

Excellent place to stay in Jodhpur

The service was very good and the Chinese restaurant had an amazing food. Highly recommended

We were warmly greeted with a refreshing sherbet and welcomed into this majestic palace hotel. The hotel revealed the beauty of a different era, but had all the modern amenities. Then, when my mom unexpectedly fell ill, the staff went above and beyond to come to my mom’s aid including: bringing coconut water, kichdi, toast; having a doctor examine her in her room and even picking up medicines from the pharmacy. Thankfully, she fully recovered in a day. We also were impressed with the level of pride and flexibility with the restaurant waiters and chefs. We ordered a mild version of Lal Maas, which seems very contradictory to the whole point of the recipe, but I was being cautious given my considerable weak tolerance level for spiciness. They delivered…it was very good. So, a special thanks to Sachin, Shakti, Laxman and all the waiters, security, bellman that made our stay very comfortable.

The hotel stay was amazing. The only improvement could be that even though the breakfast spread was good, it was the same on both days of my stay. They could include more local dishes too.
