Excellent hospitality. They make you feel like a King! Loved it! The staff is very attentive and always thee to make your stay better. Indoor swimming pool is good although it’s not fully indoor! Breakfast buffet is huge.

The property is not fit to be called a Taj. The staff at the reception is not at all welcoming. The quality of construction is terrible and very sub-standard. The quality of staff is very low. They have terrible attitude right from the security guards at the gates to the reception staff at check-in counters. Nobody has a smile on their face or make you feel welcomed. It seemed like they are were being forced to do their jobs. The restaurant served water in packaged plastic bottles. They did not even have glasses for water. How can this be a 4/5 star property?

Decently sized standard room. However, there's no acoustics hence you hear the noise from the next room. Food in their 2nd floor restaurant is delicious, good selection of food in their breakfast buffet. Courteous staff.

This property is getting old and outdated; we stayed for 4 days and there was a crack in our window - talk about dust in our room and noise from street; also room cleaning was not done well and the room has been idle for bit. They apologized but literally did nothing else for us, so talk was cheap and shallow; quite disappointed.

We stayed on 2 occasions, taking a trip to statue of unity in between. The east side offers good views of rising sun. Our room was opposite staff access corridor which often gave off unpleasant smells. Therefore there is room for improvement and hence why I have resisted giving 5 stars. The location renders itself to noisy wedding processions.
