It’s good but price is too high customer service so far so good

Overall good.

The hotel looks quite good in the pictures but in reality it is very run down and dirty. I stayed there for two nights and I have to be honest, I couldn't have stayed there any longer. The bed linen, towels are quite dirty and requests for toilet paper or clean glasses are put off for several hours.

Pros: 1. It is 5-10 min drive from Ayodhya dham. 2. The common lobby area is good with a multi-floor chandlier. 3. Support staff were friendly and helpful. 4. The hotel management were able to arrange a local guide in 30 minutes, which was very helpful to us. Cons: 1. Old type of hotel, felt more like a motel. 2. Bedsheets and pillows were not clean. Had to request a new pair. 3. The room phone, TV remote controls, water glasses etc felt like they weren't cleaned in years or decades. I told my family and kids to not to touch anything in the room. 4. We felt the hotel management ABSOULTELY didn't care about cleanliness. All of the common areas such as elevator, restaurant, management desk were kept unclean. 5. We opted for breakfast buffet which barely had 4-5 items. Overall it felt like they served it for namesake. Again cleanliness of the breakfast utensils, overall area is way below par. Overall I would not stay in this hotel again due to their "penny wise, pound foolish" attitude, trying to cut corners instead of focusing on providing a great experience.

It was dirty. There was no hot water. The rooms smelled terribly of excessive perfume. This is terribly overpriced.

Food was the saving grace at this hotel. Otherwise Very poorly maintained, building is already shabby, not very convenient to get to temple areas. Staff don’t speak English and Hindi hard to understand . I would not stay again for the price we paid

Place not kept clean, rooms and bathrooms can be cleaner,linen very old need to replace. limited dining options. room and property have pungent smell

Good: - nice car parking space - easy checkin - clean facility - prompt staff - spacious room - clean rooms - prompt room service Not so good: - Blankets and bedsheets not so clean - no hand towels - had to request for toilet paper

Room boys and waiters!! Great staff, great facilities.

The staff were amazing. We rebooked and stayed an extra night. It was just what we needed.

In general the experience was eventless.

Memorable moments I had there which i will never forget.

It is a lovely and lively place. Nice design and use of space. Food was disappointing even though staff tried to be helpful.

Stay was good..property also excellent..enjoyed.

The hotel is at a convenient location and the property is spacious. The staff were friendly and the food from the restaurant was good as well. They can also arrange cabs for travel at a short notice. The only downside is that we need to always call the housekeeping to refill the toiletries, provide drinking water and make the bed. Also they need to provide more options in breakfast.

Limited breakfast options. Bathroom smells. Shower does not work. No shelf for keepin soap shampoo etc in the bathroom. Towels not cleaned well.
