スタッフの対応悪い 朝食付きで予約してるにも関わらず、チェックイン時に説明なし。当日朝食会場に行けば朝食はついていない。と言われ部屋まで戻り自分で予約を調べるはまに。朝食付きであることが確認できたと同時にホテルスタッフから電話で朝食付きであると連絡があった。 またwifiの案内もない。スタッフに聞くも対応悪すぎである。部屋にドライヤーがあると案内書には書かれてるが、見当たらずスタッフに連絡することになる。

Good breakfast, great property, amazing staff always available. Highly recommend to stay in Goa. Especially the staff member BANIE kudos her great at understanding the guest.

The staff where excellent, always there always helpful and always with a smile. The standard room was of good size with plenty of draw and hanger space. The only draw back was the swimming pool small and inside out of the sun. Otherwise everything else was very good and we had a very enjoyable holiday

The bedsheets were very old.

Rooms are dirty, wood floor are broken and dirty. You absolutely can not walk bare foot in the room. Bathroom smells all the time even after shower as if there is smell coming out from sewer line. The only thing that was good about the stay was food. I would not recommend anybody else to stay in this hotel. It is not a 4 star hotel at all.

On arrival, it was welcoming and professional.. Unable to check in early, but texted us an hour before check in to say room was ready. The room had an over powering and foul smell and we were moved rooms. The changed room was an improvement, although the bed sheets really needed to be placed in the bin, as did the towels and bath mat. This was the experience day on day of our 5 night stay. The person providing housekeeping was friendly, but the hotel needs to replace their bedding and towels, they are long past their life cycle and shouldn't be acceptable to any guest. The breakfast was 2-3 star quality at best. Poor selection poor produce, poorly prepared and served. There is a distinct lack of management or supervision and most staff seem unhappy, most likely due to their conditions and how they are treated. It is fine for 1 night stay, but will ruin a vacation if it is your base for a longer stay.

Flott rom og veldig bra service fra personalet. Noen småting med vedlikehold som kunne vært utbedret, men det ble løst på en god måte.

Pænt hotel midt i byen. Pæne værelser og gode faciliteter. Rengørringen kunne godt være bedre, men det blev opvejret af det meget venlige,smilende og hjælpsomme personale.

Das Hotel liegt Ideal um Goa zu erkunden. Das Highlight aber ist das geniale und sehr umfangreiche Rooftop Breakfast gewesen.

Perfect location, very quiet, walk to the beach and restaurants.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach grossartig! Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend, was den gesamten Besuch zu einem echten Vergnügen gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für eine entspannte Auszeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

The rooms were too smelly. Even spraying didn’t help and they didn’t change the room. Bedcovers and sheets were dirty. Water didn’t run down in the bath area creating puddle every time you take a shower

Everything was in a walkable distance, staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. House keeping was perfect.enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It ticked all the boxes.

We enjoyed our trip very much. Pool was little small but deep enough. It was covered and we enjoyed swimming during rainy days. Break fast was good lot of options very attentive staff. Very delicious North Indian food in dinner. The thing I didn’t like was the lighting in rooms were very old may be 15 years old led lights In washrooms wasn’t appropriate. Linens were old need a change Hotel on candolim calangute road. Very convenient location. Will definitely come back

Nice clean hotel staff was amazing Food at the restaurant was amazing.. Really helped my nephew with his allergies The only problem I found was rooms were being cleaned at 3-6pm a bit late for me .. I also needed a gown which I could have ordered but released on the last day But it was an amazing stay .. i can’t moan
