バンコクから深夜に着きました　問題なくタクシーでつきました　朝食もついており美味しかったです　従業員の愛想もよいです

staff cooperated well, Hotel centrally located food also nice.

Central Location but not a very clean neighborhood

We reached the hotel at 1 AM and checked in. The person at the front desk was kind and completed our check in quickly and gave us an upgraded room. The hotel is dark dusty and dingy. The “upgraded” room was deplorable to say the least. We found hair and stains on the bed ( don’t even want to wonder what the stains were). Bathroom was disgusting as well. Informed the front desk about this and they said they can’t do anything. Left the property right away!! Expedia has been no help either. Do NOT stay here.

The location was marvelous... the service was amazing.... liked the hotel...

Full stay was Fantastic

Early check in was not accepted. So we had to pay for extra day.

Centrally located spacious room /Good Front desk response/Good Travel desk coordination/ Courteous support staff /Food quality good and tasty /Lift and other ambience good. Understanding of room service requirements of customers to improve very much including language and actual customer requirements /bathroom cleanliness to improve/Old Room phone to be replaced with new including Directory of information which is not legible/Electrical plug points are shaky and to be secured/Internal lighting to improve including fan control Overall stay was good and comfortable

No clean Rooms. Very leas lights & bad hygiene

This hotel is total waste of money, they will try to change you extra for anything and everything, total disappointment

Nothing much great about it , very dull and old building with low maintenance

Very nice stay. Easy access to all corners of city. Metro station is an added advantage.

Hotel room is supposed to accommodate 3 but only got 2 small beds.

Only stayed over night but clean, friendly staff, good food and good atmosphere. As woman alone with 2 kids it was good.

Though Central court is in the heart of the city, the metro construction is one of the biggest drawback. Getting cabs just to manouever to the hotel is a big challenge. Our check-in into the room was terrible, it was not cleaned, smelling of cigarettes and full of cockroaches and rats running helter skelter. The hotel had a big group of students at the same time, which meant through the night so much chaos and screaming and running around and knocking on the doors. Hope the hotel does something in terms of maintenance. Would never recommend anyone to this hotel.

I was very disappointed as the wifi connection was very poor. Staff were not friendly

Overall its ok, for the amount paid in US dollars, it is little expensive.

Found the hotel staff very courteous. Hotel ambiance is very good for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast buffet which is included is lavish, really enjoyed our breakfasts. Overall experience good!

It's good n safe to stay in this hotel I just missed microwave in my room . I would like to suggest hotel staff to provide microwave.
