部屋は素敵なんだけど Wi-Fiがダメ過ぎてイライラハンパない ログイン認証を一晩で50回はやった 翌日に文句言ったら調べるって言って 何もしに来なかった、、、、 あと週末だったからか 夜中までパーティーかなんかの音がうるさくて寝れない。。。 大音量の音楽が聞こえてくる 何人ものひとがいききする音 これが二日共だった 二度と泊まらない

Great place, excellent transportation and good restaurants

Very clean hotel;furniture seems pretty old, needs refurbishing.

Everything is good specifically the breakfast and food is very good ,the staff is good and friendly.

It’s essentially a no-frills hotel which is quite near the airport. For a smallish hotel it offers multiple restaurants which is quite awesome to be honest. It’s in the buzzing and centrally business part of Mumbai with easy access to all modes of transportation. Nearby area is quite busy.

Bedsheets and quality of pillows and towels could be better. Liked the handles for physically challenged in the bathrooms. This property has great potential to be much better. Also there is no facility for wheelchair access. Little bit of more choices of fruits in breakfast would have made this a mid range excellent budget hotel !

Good staff, excellent food and service, very clean and comfortable, close to airport but surrounding area not so good, but it is in Mumbai so you have to expect that and it has nothing to do with the hotel.

Wi-Fi is not working at all. Bed is not very good. Blanket too short.

I only stayed for one night before flying home, but my experience was definitely a positive one. Check in was easy, and my room was big and bright. A bit of traffic noise as I was in a room at the front of the building, but it’s Mumbai - there’s always traffic noise. All the staff were really friendly, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The food in the fish restaurant was excellent, but massively over priced. I ordered pomfret which is 500-600 rupees in Kerala. It was listed as “market price”, but when the bill came, I was horrified to see that I’d been charged 2,400 rupees! Always ask the price before ordering. Other than that, my stay was a very pleasant one, and I would happily recommend The International, especially if you need a place near the airport. Just 15-20 mins in an auto.

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The over all service was excellent and very prompt. Room was spacious and well appointed. Would love to stay in this hotel again. Dr M D Venkatesh

Rooms need urgent upgrades, aircon did not work well. We had to change our room. Smaller rooms than shown on the website. The staff were helpful.

I loved the hotel. It was such a surprise to walk in to a lovely hotel, with non- fussed ambience and good food. Breakfast could be improved. But it's still a good one.

Overall good hotel.. I felt ventilation is an issue in all the rooms but AC will not let u feel that much... Overall good hotel for family, couple.. It comes 4k/day is little expensive... Room was clean n tidy... Room service is very good.. Overall good hotel...

Stayed here for a one night stay before catching an internal flight to Chandigarh. Location: Close to the airport, approximately 15 minutes away. The hotel operates a shuttle service at a cost of 400 rupees. The hotel is located near a busy main road and therefore not much in terms of restaurants and places to eat. If you're staying for one-two nights, then the hotel restaurant is recommended, or downstairs is a vegetarian type restaurant. I wouldn't bother venturing out as we walked for 15-20 minutes and didn't find a suitable place to eat. Rooms: Excellent. Beds are comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Digital TV worked fine. Bathroom is clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning worked fine. Staff are very friendly - wifi in all rooms and public areas but was slow. Overall, a great hotel if you need a place to stay before catching a flight from Mumbai. Excellent. Thank you for a nice stay.

Stayed here after marriage due to proximity to airport. Early morning it took five minutes ṭo reach. But late evening around 1730 hrs it took one hour to reach the airport!!!!! There was a deal for buy one night get second free. The fine print stated no breakfast!! And airport drop was also not included. Else room and services were good
