Good swimming pool, gym and spacious walkways. Chef Karan, Chef Ramesh, Duty Manager Mohit Saraswast, Rahul, Sandeep Saini, Vipin Pawar, Gudiya, Restaurant Manager Rakesh all are outstanding Staff always looking to make dining and accommodations experience the BEST!
Food is authentic Rajasthani, Pan Indian, and continental full of nutrition taste.
I came for 2 night but extended for several more nights! Deserve all 🌟

デラックスルームに二泊しました。
ホテルのサイトでパノラミックシティビューと説明されているデラックスルームを予約して、チェックイン後に部屋に通された所、窓が普通の部屋の半分しかなく、ソファーもひとつしか無いガーデンビュー。
レセプションで部屋の変更を申し入れた所人を送るから部屋で待ってという話だったけれど、30分経っても来ない。
再度レセプションに行った所、別のスタッフが別の部屋を見せてくれたけれど、相変わらずガーデンビュー。
一旦部屋で待ち、再度別の部屋を見せてもらった所、今度はようやくホテルサイトに載っていた写真どおりのソファーも2つある部屋でした。
ホテルのスタッフはまじめに最初の部屋もデラックスルームだと行っているようなので、ホテルの企画とスタッフの間で意思の疎通が取られていないのではないかと思います。
ただし、床は歩く度にギシギシ言うし、空調はうるさい。窓のブラインドはいい加減な修理のため全開しないし、部屋のバスローブ等も数が足りないなど、とにかくメンテナンスが不十分。
それでも、部屋からの眺めは開放的で、ソファーが2つとテーブルが有るためルームサービスも利用しやすいし、居心地の良い部屋でした。
浴槽はないけれどシャワーのお湯の量は十分でバスルームは快適。
朝食は24時間OKでトリップアドバイザーの評価もいいようですが、デリーのヴィヴァンタやアーグラのラディソンブルには品数、味共に少し劣ります。
ホテルの周りには閑散としたジュエリーショッピングモールと病院があるだけで、他には何にもありません。市街やショッピングモールまでは少し距離があるのでホテルで過ごすことになりがちです。
インドに来たからにはインド系のホテルにと思って泊まってみましたが、安いだけのことはある感じでした。逆に安い割には快適とも言えます。
ただし、部屋が安い割には、食事やクリーニング代が高く感じました。

ヨガプログラムやスパについて、フロントに訪ねてもパンフレット一つ用意されておらず スパの場所等に 直接行かなくてはならないのは 日本のホテルではありえないことと思う。
事前に空港からホテルへの送迎を一度は頼んだが、後日キャンセルした。しかし、そのキャンセルが伝わっておらず、
当日空港に迎えに来ていたが、私達はホテルの送迎車には乗らなかった。その旨説明したが、その責任者が「私は受けていない、キャンセル時に対応した人の名前を言わないとわからない」の一点張りで、自分のスタッフの方に確認もしないで こちらに「そんな払えない額ではないから」と、支払を強要されました。こちらも電話の履歴を その時提示できなかったり、相手の性別は分かっていたが名前を確認しなかったという失態があったので、最終的には支払ったが、出先から帰って来るたびに フロントで待ち伏せして声をかけえられ、このやりとりを2～３回くらいしたので、旅行中何か癪にさわったことは否めない。結局、旅行者のほうで 何度も確認・注意しておくべきかもしれない、と教訓になりました

Their TV doesn’t work, toilet flush doesn’t work. While taking shower the water leaks out, they enter rooms without permission, dirty bathroom, they don’t give us our change until we don’t call them 3 times! Worst food ever

Good hotel i don't understand why bathroom should have 2 doors also blinds should be removed from the room and have wall to wall and ceiling to floor curtains the blinds wakes you up too early since the light comes through

Airport pickup and drop is a pain to arrange with them, had to call thrice to get it. Drop car was in miserable condition, an auto would be better than the condition of the car. Hot water in bathrooms comes after 10min of running water and this as well is lukewarm. Service at breakfast is pathetic,wait staff are talking to each other more than serving guest. There is a I don’t care attitude in the staff except the young ones. They need an overhaul for sure. Not good for a business trip and a holiday will surely be ruined too

The property was extremely dated, i.e. it was falling apart in lobby areas and rooms. In the lobby, sofas were in poor condition. In the room, the mattress was old and in poor shape so as giving back pain; the safe was not working,and furniture was falling apart
