フロントの女性がいわゆるタメ口ぽい感じではありましたが、特に不利益になったわけではありません。 到着したおり、宿泊に朝食がついているという説明がありませんでした。 テレビの使用方法についての説明書がなく、フロントに尋ねると、人が来て調整してくれて、やっとニュースを見ることができました。

Excellent location, close to Govt. Estate Metro; good value and excellent desk service. They even arranged an Uber at 3:15 am for airport transfer. Thanks

Good. Easy access to city center n beach. Food bit expensive for no reason.

Local area is very good. Close to shops and restaurants but cleanliness of hotel not to high standard. Bed sheet had blood stain on it and no toilet paper refilled the next day. Very dusty as well. No safe or hair dryer

The stay was very good. Staff was fluently English speaking, understanding, concerned and dedicated. I would surely recommend.

I overall have a very good impression of the hotel. they had very well furnished rooms, excellent service, and great food. However, they are very understaffed and matters at the counter take very long to be handled. But they are still new so as this hotel grows, I expect it to get better. Very good location especially!

Excellent Hotel to stay in. Very nice staff and ambiance.

Property is more of a apart-hotel than actually a hotel; being newly done it's quite clean and tidy. But no facilities of a hotel should be expected like there is no lounge, lobby, coffee shop, etc. Only a mini-restaurant to cater to the breakfast.

The problem I have with this hotel is my booking was confirmed on hotels.com with the total inclusive of all taxes. When I checked out now I had to pay 2400 rupees extra. Between hotels.com and the lotus sameera someone is not understanding English properly. I cannot recommend this place if people are gonna be ripped off like this. People book hotels based on alot of things and the tariff is one of them either I can afford or not. I am just very disappointed with this. I telephoned hotels.com while staying at the hotel and they confirmed the price I shud pay at check out. The reception still insisted I pay the 2400 extra.

Nice Room with good room service. Very polite and welcoming restaurant people especially chef, waiters and also the security. The only drawback is Reception people. Very very unprofessional all of them . They will never get back to you if you ask for something. They dont even know who is staying in there hotel and for how long. They ask me for proof of my booking million times and dont want to believe oh my god terrible people. They gave me hard time. For everything you request they say no no and no. They like to argue if they do a mistake . Never a word of appology. No manners. Seems uneducated big headed only big talks. At night Smoke infront of the guest. Alot of taxes . Half of the price of room amd food are taxes Other than that its a nice hotel.
