綺麗で広い部屋でした。

The hotel itself was unique and comfortable. The location was near the ring road and was easy to access by car too.

アーユルヴェーダの医師が来ており、診断、治療、食事の指示までして、厨房で作ってくれました。

デリーで美味しいと一番有名なレストランが併設されているので朝食を期待しての宿泊。朝食はビジネスホテル並みでびっくりがっかり。友人と二人で１室利用したので、クイーンサイズと表示されているベッドは小さく二人ではリラックスできなかった。スタッフは親切で大変好感が持てた。

空港からのプリペイドタクシーだと、大抵のドライバーが知らないので、周辺道路や建物を把握しる必要があります。フレンズクラブの近くと言って伝わる人も数人いましたが、あまりドライバー任せだと、グルグル迂回されてしまうので、後で過剰にチップをせがまれたりして、支払いのトラブルに注意してください。入り口のセキュリティのおじさんに助けて貰うのもいいと思います。

閑静な住宅街に建つ静かでこじんまりとしたホテルです。設備対応申し分ないです。

Very pretty super clean nice decor people so friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed! Security is very good. Recommend this place for sure!!!

Spotless rooms and very very friendly staff

My stay at The Manor has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the price and the “luxury boutique” label they advertise. The room I was given has no real windows. Technically there are two openings, but they face a blank wall, so the room feels claustrophobic and gloomy. The Wi-Fi is nearly unusable, constantly dropping every few minutes. The bed is stiff and uncomfortable. The shower had no hot water. It took the staff about half an hour to “fix” it, and even after that the water was only lukewarm. Not acceptable at this price point. Room service was another letdown: the prices on the in-room menu didn’t match the bill they brought me, and the difference wasn’t small. On top of everything, there is no bathtub, and the toilet paper is single-ply. Calling this a boutique luxury experience feels misleading. For what they charge, the quality of the room and the overall service is far below expectations. I regret choosing this hotel and don’t consider it worth the money.

I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. It's very old, dated, and creaky, like a 15-year-old property which hasn't been re-formed. My bad experience was interrupted by some construction or repair noise which is very nagging. The staff said it would stop, but it hadn't. Don't waste your time at this place.

Beautiful hotel in a calm quiet location. Good choice of restaurants on site and we had a lovely meal with wine in Inja and tasty breakfast. 10 minute taxi ride to Nizamuddin Rail Station convenient for the train to Agra for Taj Mahal.

This property is overpriced for what you get. The room was dark and the amenities were limited. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very nice and quiet place! You will love the birds chirping in the morning, service was on point, restaurant very good. Highly recommend it 👌

Property is dated. Designed to be a boutique hotel, it’s seen better days. Furnishings are worn, faucets look rusty, A/c is temperamental, and air purifiers send out dirty smelling air. Hotel promised to change air purifier — a required amenity in a city as polluted as Delhi — and swapped it with one that didn’t even turn on. Food in restaurants is overpriced; you can get a full 5-star lunch for the costs of breakfast. Hotel was in an area convenient to visit family but never again will I suffer this experience. Managers when confronted acted as tho these were my issues as opposed to genuine concerns about a substandard experience! Most quality establishments would offer a meal or some amenity for such a situation; I got a cold shoulder and a barrage of excuses. Much better price value can be had even in Delhi!

Decent stay for one night if passing by in city. Would not stay for entirety of vacation

Wonderful Boutique Hotel! We arrived in New Delhi to be able to take an early 6am train the following morning to Agra to see the Taj Mahal. We needed a thotel not far form the station. We were picked up at the airport and taken to The Manor. As we checked in the owner and Manager ,Mr Singh, greeted us with such wonderful hospitality as he share a little about himself and the history of this gem of a hotel. We have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world and The Manor had so many of the amenities you find in a 5 star hotel . Such attention to detail! We had a wonderful meal in the on site restaurant Camilla's and Sachin the waiter met all our special meal preparation requests! I would highly recommend The Manor....and we are traveling around the world in 67 days..so we are staying in A Lot of different hotels!

I have returned to The Manor because I love smaller boutique hotels .This is a 14 room hotel that has personal care for each of its guests. It is classically designed but showing a little wear today.The staff is kind, & attentive but there are a couple drawbacks today I believe the owner should attend to: 1.Better Room Air Purifiers (not the one present): We were not informed upon arrival of the room the air purifier and the very poor, dangerously unhealthy polluted exterior air seeped into the room causing us to sleep and wear n95 masks IN our room fir two days before complaining and then the staff informed us if an existing purifier that should have been plugged in. Still other hotels have better room air purifiers and it’s my hope that The Manor improves this equipment. 2. Faster attention to technical issues (no TV internet for 3 of the 5 day stay). 3. Dense Traffic: Traffic of the main road outside the hotel,although not noticeable much inside the hotel grounds,is dense . However, not a big issue. 4. Staff to Better Inform: We were not informed about the Bakery on the grounds until we were set to leave. We were not informed the 1st day of the one Indian breakfast option. Just because we were Westerners didn’t mean we only wanted eggs & toast. We complained & after that each morning breakfast was great. Staff very attentive. 5. Last Day:We had to leave before the breakfast room officially opened by 1/2hr They could not accommodate a “to go”anything. Not good service

Extremely disappointed with this hotel . I arranged for collection and they didn’t come . The place was further away than stated and I had to book another hotel because I was stranded . They didn’t even check or care whether I came or not I wish to complain and request a refund for inaccuracies and being let down

They said they didn’t have our reservation and then charged us more for a night.
