チェックイン　遅い、他のインド人の割り込み優先 部屋　カビ臭い、ダブルで予約もシングルｘ２、ベッドが湿っている レストラン、食べるもの無し（Western） 本当に★４か？？？？？、実質★２くらい 3泊予約したけど、1泊でチェックアウト。（2泊は捨てた）

This hotel doesn't even deserve 3 stars. It doesn't really smell good, the sheets and pillows are dirty. The rooms smell really bad, however the reception staff are friendly. I do not recommend this establishment. I was in a hurry to leave him.

smelling too much

The lack of cleanliness and ventilation has created an environment that is not only uncomfortable but also potentially hazardous to health, particularly considering the current global health situation. The room's uncleanliness is evident, with dirt, grime, and dust present throughout. Equally concerning is the lack of proper ventilation, leading to stagnant and uncomfortable air quality. This compromises both comfort and safety, potentially facilitating the spread of infections. I implore you to take immediate action to address these issues. A thorough cleaning and improvement of ventilation are essential. The well-being of your guests is at stake, and I urge your team to prioritize their health and safety. I will strongly not recommend this hotel to any new customers.

Disappointed

Showers don't drain; beds smell like vomit and alcohol, narrow bathrooms, tasteless food and I can keep going on...

Rooms specifically Bathrooms are not maintained very well. No Hot Water in early morning.

Hotel is well constructed but proper maintenance is missing.

Towels are in very bad condition dirty and hard, lids of the dustbins in the bathrooms doesnot open, minibar doesnot work, rooms doesnot accommodate extra bed, bathrooms doesnot have exhaust fans

Overall stay is ok in this hotel. We just use this hotel for sleepover as we were visiting friends and family during daytime.

The room was spacious enough for 3, clean and neat, the staff very accommodating with respect to early check-in’s and late check-outs and responded promptly to every query or need. Good spread of yummy food. Couldn’t ask for more. Made our stay very comfortable.

Worth the money. Please take your booking details / voucher (hard) copy with you. Can stay. Breakfast good. My family and I were happy.

The shower panels were not working .Tublights were not working.

It was an old hotel and the rooms (I tried 2) were smelling of mold. I understand it comes from the central air condition, which I think they should replace. I'm sure it was a beautiful hotel back in the day, but it sucks now. Try somewhere else.

Close to Nehru park metro tunnel rails. Little far away from Egmore railway.

Need more experienced staff st all levels Internet did not work on all days. Fitness club was not open repeated assurances & I waited fir 10 minutes Billing & checkout was a disaster

Pride located in centre of city.It is close to many theatres ,restaurants and malls.Eventhough its an old hotel interior of room and reception are maintained very well.Food quality at restaurant is good.As awhile its a good budget hotel
