コップ等の洗浄不足あり

L’accueil à là réception était nul et il a fallu s’expliquer pendant une 30 min sur la chambre qu’on avait réservé. La chambre était supposé être 2 lits jumeaux mais l’employé à la réception ne voulait pas honorer notre réservation par Expedia. Elle voulait 75 $ additionnels et disait que Expedia faisait de la fausse publicité.

Room was great, staff, amenities and bathroom was good. Breakfast was okay.

The room had a damp odor in it. The carpet looked like it needed replacement. -- The food especially on the rooftop restaurant was great. Did not feel that I got my money's worth deal.

Amazing service, lovely room

Here is my honest review. For an August weekend we were charged Rs.20100 per room. We booked two rooms. The rooms were clean and property was well kept. Here is why I gave a 3 star, the checkin process took 30 minutes and we had to wait for a while to get the rooms. We had told the hotel weeks agai that we needed 2 beds in each room, but there seems to be some confusion there. Secondly the main shower in both rooms did not work and we had to use the hand shower. While checking out, had a hard time with the manager, he was very defensive about the shower issue when I mentioned it to him. The staff at the breakfast buffet were outstanding, kudos to all of them. Overall the stay was good but Rs. 20k per night seems very expensive for the place, especially when the shower was not working properly.

While a little away from the beach, this property was a delight to stay in. From the friendly staff, to the well appointed and cozy rooms to the fabulous onsite restaurants, this hotel checks all the boxes. While transportation was easy, the complimentary bike rentals was a nice touch. Overall very please and highly recommended.

Hôtel situé dans le quartier indien à 20 mn de marche de la « ville blanche » donc bien situé. Accueil remarquable tant au check in qu’au restaurant . Chambre tout confort où tout se pilote sur une tablette ( musique,télévision,climatisation,lumière fermeture des rideaux )très sympa. Breakfast et dîner avec des produits de qualité et à un prix très doux. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine indoor. Au total un hôtel excellent.

Restaurant staff were very friendly. Room was nice. The hotel is on a very busy street, though the Pongal festival added to the chaos. The property is well maintained and is a welcome retreat from the busy city.

Great hotel with amazing staff. The bar was dark and not appealing. The rooms were good, the food was good. The area was typical of India. Ultimate people watching experience outside. Short ride to White town on a Tuc Tuc which was great fun.

The Residency Tower Puducherry bietet modernen Komfort und eine zentrale Lage außerhalb des French Quarters, die es dennoch einfach macht, die Stadt per Fuß zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet, jedoch ist die Steuerung von Licht, Klimaanlage und Vorhängen per iPad etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, vor allem, weil sich die Einstellungen automatisch zurücksetzen – zum Beispiel die Klimaanlage auf 21,5 Grad, wenn man nicht aufpasst. Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist vielbefahren und trubelig. Zudem hört man zu den Gebetszeiten die Moschee nebenan, Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl an lokalen und internationalen Gerichten - zB Dosa, Pfannkuchen und Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Puducherry, trotz kleinerer Einschränkungen.

Cleanness was not up to par for a proper/big hotel . Bedsheets, pillows, and towels were all dirty. Lotion was not refilled from previous guest use. Dining service was slow and staff would often forget the small orders. With regard to our driver, he did not have a proper place to sleep in the drivers room. They only had few beds set up; failing to adhere to the Driver Association requirements and regulations on the number of beds required. The above two items were brought up to staff and the on duty manager attention, however nothing proper was done to address these issues. Will definitely not be recommending this hotel to other, unless a properly regulatory check is done and ensured.

Beautiful - they cannot do enough for you! They really go above and beyond! Lovely pool to relax and spa… it was so easy to jump in a tuk tuk to get to white town very cheaply! I found this hotel was more value for money than others and more luxurious
