ザ・リッツ・カールトン、バンガロール

子連れで行きましたが、リッツカールトンキッズのプログラムも参加したりと楽しめました！ 何よりスタッフの方が全員親切！！ ビュッフェスタイルの朝食にヤクルトもあり子供が大喜びでした。

少し古いが良いホテルでスタッフの質も高い。

インドでは、高級ホテルでもスタッフのレベルが相当低い場合が多いが、ここは違った。いろいろとあったが、一つだけ事例を。 室内のデスクで仕事をしていたところ、ターンダウンにやってきたスタッフがいた。特に気にも留めないで、その後外出して部屋に戻ったろころ、デスクの上にマウスと置手紙があった。 いわく、「お客様がお仕事をする際に、マウスパッドがないことに気づきました。もしよろしければこれをお使いください。」とあり、マウスパッドが置いてあった。 他のスタッフも万事こんな感じであった。 出張、プライベート問わずお勧めしたい。なお、ホテル内の中華レストランも日本人が安心して食べられるレベルであった。

持って行ったタオルなど無造作に置いてあったのがきれいに、洗濯して戻してもらい、感激しました。

体調が悪かったので、朝ホテルを出る時に病院の情報を質問しました。コンシェルジュの方はそれを覚えてくれていて、ホテルに戻って車を降りた瞬間に私の名前を呼び、体調について質問してくれました。さらにレストランに案内して、シェフの方にジンジャーティーを作るように依頼してくれました。親切な対応に驚き、感銘を受けました。

スタッフはとても親切でした クリスマスの滞在だったので、ホテル内のデコレーションも素敵で、子供達にサンタのソックに入ったチョコレートと、ホテルメイドのクッキーでできたお菓子の家がプレゼントされて喜んでいました 朝食のビュッフェはなぜかサラダがなかったですが、その代わりにビーツ&アップルのフレッシュジュースなど充実していて良かったです 焼きたてのパンや惣菜をシェフがテーブルを回って聞きに来てくれるサービスもありました 部屋はやはりリッツで、十分に広くリラックスできました

素晴らしいホテルだと思いました。 残念だったのは、シャワーが少し使いずらかったことです。 ベジタリアン用の食事にも対応されていてとても助かりました。 是非またいつか利用したいです。

The best hotel in Bangalore. They believe in high standards in all respects. You’re treated like a VIP

Excellent as always. I don't like the rainfall showers, they are very inconvenient, and it hurts to bend over backward if you don't want to get your hair wet. A proper shower projects water at an angle not straight down. Also the styling is painful with the sharp corners. The little wand is not the same as a real shower. If you provide a wand it should be a large circular area, not a small rectangle. I recommend to replace all shower fixtures with a more ergonomic design. Also the bath towels are much too large. It makes no sense to talk about being eco-friendly and saving water when you provide bath towels that are twice the size they need to be. A larger towel requires more water and more soap so it negates any savings derived elsewhere.

Excellent property, centrally located. Super service. Mr Sanket Chakravarty from front desk is phenomenal and delights customers.

Staff and hospitality were amazing! Riya was so kind and thoughtful to my Dad and Daughter. Breakfast daily was delicious and probably the best I’ve had. Staff there again was so kind in giving suggestions and making sure we experienced all the local cuisines.

Food was below average, food ordered in room service was very ordinary, fish was not fresh, tandoori chicken was not cooked well.very disappointed with food in a otherwise lovely hotel

Ritz Carlton Bangalore was the best rits experience I ever had. The staff and the management charmed me with their gracious hospitality and made the stay very memorable one. The standards set by the hotel is a tough one to beat.From the delicious breakfast buffet, to evening tea at the lounge or to delicious drinks served at the rooftop bar Ritz Carlton Bangalore creates an experience that is memorable. I will be back there for more visits.

The music all over the hotel, the lobby, lifts and in the the restaurants - especially in The Market - is too loud - it is difficult to have a conversation while sitting at the table

The staff at the Ritz Carlton make it special for the guests. From the time you check in until the time you leave, the staff do an outstanding job. The reception staff welcome you with a smile. Shaiju in the fitness facility kept me healthy and fit by taking a personal interest and training me on strength training. The cleaning crew on the 14th floor, Liu, Attithya, Sruthi and Joanna were outstanding and kept our room in great shape. Jocelyn and all the staff in the 15th floor club made sure my mother was well taken care of. I cannot thank the staff of the Ritz Carlton for making our stay special. We also held a reception in the ballroom and the function was well organized and beautifully done. I hope to return again soon.
