Air flow was not there feels like underground so smells bad

There were lots of mosquitoes in the room.

So the area around is typically India…spots of wealth and spots of extreme poverty. The room we were provided did NOT have any windows so it felt more like a cell then a room. The bathroom was subpar and so not have any high expectations about it. The room itself was clean BUT the linens were really old and worn out. The TV did not work. My wife and I did NOT shower and waited to get to our other hotel. This is the Red Roof Inn of India for my US travelers.

Overall great experience at Treebo hotel stay. Recommended.

Its ok for a short term stay

Totally waste for money. Bed sheets and comforters were terrible. No internet connection. Receptionist connected net through his net. Not recommended.

Staff was nice helpful room didn’t feel very clean the condiments bar was used up and empty packs were left. Bed was ok some black stain on sheet it was cleAn though maybe some ink stains maybe the sheets need to be replaced

Inept checkin - many complications. I had to solve the problem myself after waiting an hour. Completely substandard staff/management.

Very clean, friendly staff, close to airport. few things were missing but no big deal for the price point!

The room had visible mold on the wall and smelled so bad we really couldn't be there for more than couple of minutes. Thankfully we had booked the hotel for only a few hours before leaving to airport, so didn't have to spend the night there. The staff was friendly, but the neighborhood was awful and it was almost impossible to get an Uber there to get out of the place. It was cheap, should have guessed from that, but we didn't see anybody mentioning mold in the reviews.

Terrible smoky smell in the room and loud voices from the neighboring room till 2am!

It is a very simple hotel, but everything worked (except the wifi, for which you need to have a phone number to send a code to, so it was a bit tricky to access). The front desk was friendly enough and happy to give some advice or book a taxi/tuk-tuk. It is not really located in an interesting area (staff even told us that there is nothing to see around there), but you get a glimpse of the 'real Mumbai'. There is a lovely restaurant just 5 min walk away, but you'll need an hour in a taxi to get to the Gateway of India for example.

This hotel is in very bad shape.looks as it was not maintained from long time.

Overall great stay. Rooms are little small. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful.

Our first room was small but adequate (132sq ft, listed as 170sqft), but noise insulation was appalling - we could hear the man next door as if he was in our room. They willingly moved us - our second room was much quieter, but smelt of cigarette smoke and had a lot of mosquitoes (all rooms have ashtrays, so I assume the smell could be common). Breakfast was reasonable - Indian options, toast, cornflakes, watermelon. Only tea, no coffee. An easy 10 minute taxi ride to the international terminal, and a good restaurant 250m away for dinner. If you're travelling via the domestic terminal it's twice as far and traffic more of a problem. It wasn't terrible, but we would book somewhere else another time - particularly to get a guaranteed non-smoking room (our clothes smelt strongly of smoke when we unpacked our cases).

Difficult to locate. Name difference on sign. Overall nice stay.
