We had multiple issues with our stay .. listing out pros & cons
Cons:
1. They gave us separate twin beds in spite of specifically asking for one king size bed when we booked on Expedia (we are family of three, husband/wife/kid)
2. Had to change rooms as they did have availability when we arrived (it was post 12 noon, their check-in time), and the one I finally got had a weird smell. Looks like we got one of the older rooms.
3. The lady in the restaurant had promised us early breakfast, as we had to catch a flight... but when we woke up and came down, nothing was ready and the lady herself was not even available. 'Complimentary breakfast' was useless for us, as we had to leave. Bad part was that they promised to serve early and later did not deliver, else we would have no expectations.
4. Parking space is too small, but somehow can be managed
5. Lots of construction around this location (true for all hotels here)
Pros:
1. Had lunch, and the food was really good.
2. We booked 3 rooms, and the other two were much better. Although had the problem of twin beds, when we had asked for one king size.
3. Staff is courteous and responsive, but not professional enough.
