ここの冬は避けてください。 ロケーションと建物はおしゃれですが、 暖房はありません。寒くてベットから出れません。 食事もベジタリアンですが、美味しくないです。 シャワーはお湯が安定しなくて、 気温5度の中、冷たい水が出ます。 インターネットはよく途切れます。 何度も停電しました。 最悪の経験です。 Avoid winter here. The location and building are stylish, but There is no heating. It's cold and I can't get out of bed. The food is vegetarian, but it's not tasty. The hot water in the shower was unstable, Cold water comes out even when the temperature is 5 degrees. The internet often drops out. There were many power outages. It's the worst experience.

The hotel is located quite far from the main areas of interests. The quality of food served is low. The restaurant staff need to trained to understand customer needs. There is considerable delay in serving the a la carte menu.

The property is very nice and clean. But, I did not like the staff behaviour, they don't listen to your problems at all.

We stayed at the property in summer. There is only 1 restaurant onsite and very limited food option. My entire family had food poisoning after eating lunch. The buffet breakfast was also very ordinary. We learnt many other people were also having food poisoning after talking to some people that morning. Staff is good. The food area could be kept cleaner

It was an excellent choice. You get hill views from rooms. Food was tasty. Had a great vacation in hotel

We stayed in the oldest part of the hotel- probably the original villa. The grounds were great albeit small with large ground level porches overlooking the valley and with a view of Himalayas to the right. Room (English) was spacious and divided into a sitting room, bedroom and extremely rudimentary bathroom. The bathroom felt like an added on shack - lacking shelves to sit your stuff, towels whole white really showed age. Space heater was a source of heat and I am not sure how it works when it gets colder. We stayed on the ground floor with a parked in front of our window. Upstairs woujd have been better especially that we could really hear people walking upstairs. One wall in the bathroom was so thin that we could hear somebody brushing teach outside the wall. Restaurant key is bad. Choices are limited and all vegetarian. My husband got sick after dinner. In short - intriguing, spacious, but not comfortable.

The most incredible place. Amazing views and just a great vibe. As soon as you walk in the place you breath a sigh of relaxation and comfort.

The restaurant serves a great variety of tasty foods. Excellent service by everyone. The view of the Himalayan peaks from the second floor terrace is exceptional (see picture) especially in the morning. While I was travelling alone this trip, I think it is a great hotel for a romantic getaway. A short walk mostly level to the main mall, but far enough away that it is quieter at night. Rooms heated (important in winter), with wood floors, walls, ceilings and furniture. When I return to Darjeeling, I will definitely stay here again. All the staff I interacted with were terrific.

Udaan Dekeling in Darjeeling is undergoing a renovation and it will be great when completed. My daughter and I stayed in a renovated room that overlooked the clouds and mountains. The best spot to curl up with a pot of tea and a book is the coffee shop, which has glass walls and windows o we looking the mountains.

I like this place a lot and I think I will come back again.
