綺麗なホテルでした。

豪華さや派手さはないものの、清潔に維持されている。食事はレストランがひとつあるだけなので、いつも同じような食事になってしまうのは残念。

Lack of Proper information at check-in . My wife wanted to surprise me by paying for my room and she paid for my room before my check in. At my check-in I was told to make the payment in advance and I did . Later my wife told me she already paid for my room as a surprise .Refund was given to me later. Little smile was hard to find . Don't understand why. Over all it was a bad experience . I

Front staff was not at all friendly. amenities short change, room staff was ok.

Upgraded to Delux room!

The hotel is outdated and short of staff. Breakfast spread was below average and not upto Taj standards.

Located next to EM Bypass, somewhere in between north and south Kolkata, about 45 minutes to an hour from the Airport, offers excellent connectivity to entire Kolkata. Great food, excellent crew, and service.

The service could have been better. I am a frequent visitor of Taj properties. While the amenities and good. The staff can do better. I had an issue during checking in at the property but that was resolved by the management promptly. The overall stay was ‘decent’ at best

Very clean, tastefully decorated and functional. Location is great if connectivity is priority to you. The food platter is vast, especially breakfast and dinner buffet are grand. Overall, it a great experience with family and friends.

Very helpful staff, clean and today rooms and bathroom/shower, a fantastic hotel very well located for all parts of the city and not too far from the airport either. My go to place for Kolkata trips.

This stay was just excellent.

Stayed for 4 nights April 2025. Like: Very nice and welcoming lobby, Great staff. Ready to accomodate guest's needs with a smile. Restaurant caters to a variety of tastes. Housekeeping keeps room and bed clean. Fresh sheets and towel only if you need. Eco friendly operations. Staff checks rooms which have do not disturb light on twice a day if they need to be cleaned (housekeeping light on) Dislike: Location on a busy intersection makes road facing rooms noisy, even with heavy curtains pulled. Elevator needs to be checked and updated. Keys to reach rooms frequently stop working. I was asked to push and pull slowly. This worked at times. It should be fixed to be user friendly. A few guests expressed thensame opinion. Grout lines in baths (shower area room 442) to be redone to make it look cleaner. AC controls to be updated quite confusing.

The buffet for dinner and breakfast was amazing! Staff had Excellent service. Rooms are well designed, comfortable, and clean.

It was easy to check in - it was early morning n we used their airport shuttle- front desk people were helpful
