I cannot stress enough how misleading and deceptive the experience at White House by GRB in Noida was. The reality is worlds apart from what is marketed online. The hotel is located at the dead end of a narrow road, which is currently a chaotic construction site. The area feels unsafe and is poorly lit—there are no streetlights, which makes it even more unsettling at night. The building looks like a two-storey private home of someone. There's no reception, no lobby, and absolutely no staff on-site. In fact, there's no indication at all that this is a hotel—there’s no signage/nameplate, guard, nothing. The lack of security is appalling. It feels like you’re staying in a completely deserted, unsecured property. There's also no parking available, which would be a major inconvenience for anyone driving. There’s no contact number listed anywhere online, which will leave one stranded and unable to get any help should one need it. I was forced to search for another hotel in the middle of the night, as this place was not safe and didn’t even meet the basic requirements of being a hotel. It is beyond me how such a dangerous, poorly managed place is allowed to be promoted by booking portals. These platforms are complicit in misleading customers and failing to do any due diligence on the properties they list. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel, particularly for outstation guests who would be unaware of how unsafe and unprofessional this place is. Please refund !
