ホテルで飼っているネコが可愛かった　ルームサービスも美味しかった　部屋に付いているプールの水はもう少し奇麗だと良かった　スタッフの対応も良かった

値段を考慮するととても良いホテルだと思います。入り口が路地に入っていて夜は暗い道を通る必要があるが、それほど気にはならなかった。スタッフは親切な人が多い。外のプールもとてもきれいで過ごしやすい。部屋はきれいで、リビングルームは外と通じているためエアコンは無い造りになっているが暑さはそれほどでもない。ベッドルームごとにシャワーとトイレがあり、シャワーは水もお湯も水量は十分。朝食は期待しないほうが良いが、洋食かインドネシア料理などの何種類かのうちから選び、指定の時間に部屋へ持ってきてくれる。プールサイドでも良いみたい。施設内にはスパもあるが、高級スパでは無いため至れり尽くせりでは無いと思う。ただ、気軽に利用できる値段なので毎日でも利用できる。相方によると必要十分とのこと。カップル向けではあるが、子連れでも問題無く、スタッフは子供好きが多い。

クタでヴィラ、プール付き。そしてお手頃価格で検索してヒットしたのが、このホテル。総合的には部屋も3階建てで広々しており、全体的な清潔感もよく大満足でした。 ただ、せっかく期待していたプールが少し小さく若干ゴミが浮いておったのが残念。ただ、スタッフにお願いすると直ぐに掃除をしてくれるサービス。 子供好きのスタッフさんは、タクシー待ちの時間も子供と一緒に遊んでくれました。 バイクを1日借りて移動しましたが、近くのショッピングモールやウォーターボムも歩いて行ける距離！ 楽しい旅行になりました！

ウォーターボム、ショッピングモールに近くとても便利。部屋も広く、従業員の方も親切。水回りが少し気になった以外、大満足でした。

We stayed for 4 nights here and it was amazing! They had various options for complimentary breakfasts and the staffs were polite and friendly too! But I think it would be better if they could come in on their own in the morning to prepare the breakfast downstairs. We had to open the door for them every morning and it was kind of a pain in the butt. But overall was an amazing hotel! I would totally go back again!

とても綺麗でお部屋の中にプールがあります。部屋にあるプールなので水温は冷たいです。 お部屋でお料理が作れちゃいます。 トイレは一階と二階、どちらにもあります。 一階は外と繋がっているため、虫除けが必要ですが、二階に虫除けクリームが備え付けてあります。朝食の選択種類がとても多いです。

2回分お広さとプールも付いてこの価格帯としては素晴らしいコストパフォーマンス！ただ、一階はエアコンなくちょっと暑いです。

友人の結婚式のために３日間滞在しましたが、フロントスタッフが親日的で親切で、ホテルのオプショナルツアーも安く、料理も美味しく、バリの滞在を数段素晴らしいものにしていただけました。 あえて2点言うなら、場所が目測30mほどメインストリートより奥にあり、おかげで市街地にもかかわらず静かでいいのですが、夜間の路地が少し暗いことと、チェックアイトが立ち会いが必要でタイトなスケジュールな場合時間に余裕をもって出ないといけないことです。 それ以外は全くもって素晴らしい、最高のヴィラです

フライトの遅れで到着が遅くなったのですが、スタッフが最高の笑顔と歓迎と冷たいドリンクおしぼりで出迎えてくれました。プールの水は循環しているのですが、衛生的には少々難あり‥湿度upでしたが、ロフトは◎。場所はわかりにくいですが又機会があれば利用したいです。

Walkable to convenience stores and Discovery Mall. 30 mins walk to Beachwalk Mall and Grab ride of 15 mins to Mal Bali Galleria. Loved the ambience of a private pool and friendly, accomodating staff. There was also a cafe and a massage place just outside its entrance. Overall, it is highly recommended!

The staff were extremely helpful. And always greeted me. My room was spotless. The aircon was great. A few metres away from Kartika Plaza, restaurants and shops. A few hundred metres from Discovery Mall. Very close to the airport

On the first night we arrived at 11.00pm and was shown to our room where we settled in by 1.00am we contacted staff to come to our room we had a rat trying to eat its way into our room staff arrived and got rid of it ,day 2 door lock was a problem so we had staff show us how to use them,Day3 Sliding door to our room was jammed because of runners are worn out and need to be replaced Day4 Aircon very noisey but cant be replaced yet. Day 5No sound proofing in room at all and on a very noisery street (pudaksari) nothing could be done but move to another villa with the same problem so we stayed. Day 6 the food in the breakfast bainmaree was the same everyday just warmed up Day 7 pool pump stopped working Day 8 9 10 all good We suppose. hat was the Con side of things now the Pro side The staff are probably the best staff we have delt with for a long time Wanda (manager we think) Fantastic and in control very helpful ,Pratiwi (bar staff and kitchen) Fantastic person and tries very hard to help with whatever we needed . outstanding person and tries very hard to understand and serve , Kadek Maintenance staff when we had a problem he was there with his men in under 1 minute to rectify problem . To all the other staff we delt with thank you . Overall the staff do an exceptional job and our thanks to them . The villa needs a lot of work cupboard doors falling off in kitchenet,sliding door into room needs new runners, soundproofing would be nice and seal the gaps that let in the outside

Staff was extremely kind and generous, room service menu was delicious especially the drinks. Bed was really comfortable, area was extremely convenient for a lot of shopping and dining. Easy walk to Kuta beach, overall great stay! Would recommend if staying in Kuta!

Good value for money. Getting a villa with private pool and a lot of privacy. Breakfast was quite poor. Staff was nice enough. Located in back alley creeped me out.

My stay at 18 Suite loft by Amithya commenced impressively, with an initial accommodation in a one-bedroom villa featuring a private pool. The hotel's location is advantageous, being in close proximity to the airport. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and facilitated birthday decorations upon arrival, which proved to be a lovely gesture. However, I reported an incident to the front desk involving the presence of a rat in my room. Consequently, I was relocated to a different room in the middle of the night. The front desk offered complimentary airport transportation as a gesture of goodwill due to the inconvenience and rodent issue. Despite this, I opted to pay for driver services to transport me to the airport and settled all outstanding balances upon checkout. The front desk subsequently informed me that they were unable to locate the rat. I strongly advise exercising caution when booking, as the property appears to have a rodent infestation.

Stayed 23 days in a villa with a private pool. Absolutely amazing. All the staff are so lovely and helpful which made my holiday. Room clean, bed comfortable, toiletries cotton buds, mosquito spray, decent size toothpaste and brushes. Water supplied daily. Would definitely come back. Pool area for everyone is beautiful, breakfast was nice and in a great location
