清潔さとスタッフの対応は素晴らしいです。ただビーチからは遠いですね。バイクがないときついかもしれないです。アメニティは一切ありませんでした。水と冷蔵庫はあります。売店やレストランも通りまで出ないとほとんどないです。

PLEASE AVOID! IT IS A SCAM. This place is actually closed down and abandoned. No staff when we arrived, front door was locked, back door was left open so we went into the yard. The pool was neglected and green, full of leaves. There was no one around for us to even get into a room, no communication whatsoever. We booked another place close by and left, I tried to get a refund and the owner replied to the email with "nope", extremely unprofessional. This place might have been nice at one point but it is closed down and neglected now, not worth the headache.

The roads surrounding the property were entirely flooded by knee high water; dangerous especially when returning at nighttime. Breakfast was a choice between fried rice or noodles; neither of which I eat in the morning, so I went without. The room was spacious enough nothing special. Loads of leaves in the swimming pool made it look more like a pond, so I gave that a miss. I have stayed at much better places for much less money - glad it was only 2 nights before the airport.

We were there during rainy, season and water collected in front of the hotel up to 12 inches which you had to walk through in order to get anywhere. Just beware. If you are there when it rains.

Beautiful, quiet place!! Staff is so friendly and kind and really went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

I spent one night at abyan guest house & it was great for a one night stay. reasonably priced, bed was comfortable, and the pool area was nice for the heat of the afternoon.

Correct dans l’ensemble. Qualité Motel. Isolation phonique disons perfectible. Piscine symbolique. Frigo apprécié. Bon wi-fi. Petit déjeuner ultra dispensable.

Very nice place in a peaceful area. At walking distance from the main street and the beach. The staff is very nice.

All in all an ok stay, clean room and comfy bed. Great location, quiet. AC in room was making a lot of noice, something i recommend hotel to look at. Breakfast could be better, thankful for getting breakfast earlyer than it was suppose to be, so thats good! Early checkout, asked if i could stay longer due to flight, this wasnt possible.

Very slow on cleaning the rooms, it was like pulling teeth just to get clean towels

While I recognize that you can only expect so much from a place that only charges $20 a night, I ended up leaving 2 nights early for 2 reasons - 1) my aircon stopped working and they wouldn't call anyone till after 5pm to come fix it and 2) there was a loud vibrarion sound for most of the day and night - you could feel the vibrarion in the walls, door and balcony banister. It was loud and honestly it made my head feel kind of vibrate-y. The hotel did not refused to refund me for the last 2 nights, despite acknowledfing that yes, the aircon wasnt working and there was a loud vibration sound. The office guy seemed to want to help but was hindered by an unavailable and reluctant hotel owner.

Nice small guest house in a quiet side street but close to lots of nice bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Staff were very nice and helpful. Really good value for money.

Very clean, very quiet and helpful staff. Just be aware the street to go there is small for a car but ad we were by bike it was not a problem and there was a parking there front of the reception office, perfect for us. We will come back soon!

The service here is unbelievably good. The rooms are clean but the beds are hard and uncomfortable. The AC works well, shower is good and internet was fine. The pool is tiny! And it wasn’t as clean as it should be. Overall, for the price, it’s more then decent. But for a long stay, I’d have to say no. I did enjoy our 3 nights there. They had 2 motor bikes for us. Gave us advice and answered any questions. Breakfast was yummy. But they loose points for the dirty tiny pool.

Great place hidden in a quiet corner where many villas are located. Easy walking to the main street and beach. Great value for money with comfy bed, AC, hot shower, minibar, free drinking water, coffee and tea, a small pool and amazing staff. We couldn’t ask for more and would stay again.

The is is very relax and clean for single or couple The staffs are helpful. I hope to go back again in the summer.

The staff was nice, property was clean and proximity to the beach was good. rooms was small but it was all we needed. Clean cute pool
