Hi Ayu & Team, I absolutely had an amazing stay with Aloft Seminyak Bali. You all are very friendly. The view and atmosphere at the roof top restaurant was gorgeous. And even better, I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by your thoughtfulness in wishing me a happy birthday, not only once, but twice. One at the restaurant where you all suddenly came out singing a birthday song and gave me a piece of cake. The second time was when I went back to my room to see birthday decorations on my bed! All these put a big smile on my face. Thank you so much again! :) You all rock!

All the staff we encountered were excellent and even remembered my name. We were acknowledged every time we went past the front reception.
The lounges/chairs on the pool deck in our pool access room were so uncomfortable unfortunately do it wasn’t conducive to sitting out there. They were too short for a lounge and too long for a chair.
A night light in the bathroom would have been handy as its pitch black in the middle of the night and all of the light settings there were too bright for the night.
Location was good with many shops, spas and eateries near by

We have just spent 6 days at the Aloft.
The staff are wonderful, very helpful and always pleasant.
We had a pool swim up room.
I wouldn’t get this room again as the pool area is all closed in and it does feel a bit closed in.
Although the hotel was lovely I did feel a bit out of the way.

Excellent experience cannot fault it had a hotel booked elsewhere but decided to move around to the beach and loved this accommodation had live music on there rooftop pool/bar/restaurant great for families or couples staff will go out of your way to help always greeted superb accommodation finishing bedding more than I expected from a place in Bali I cannot recommend this place enough i will be back here I have booked my stay before I leave for Jakarta

The roof top pool and restaurant was excellent.
If you’re after peace and quiet, this is the place.
We went off-peak, so there was a fair bit of construction going on along the boardwalk.

Loved my stay!! The hotel is super clean, good location, cute decor, nice pool with a view , really nice gym, and super friendly staff. They are also more than happy to give you recommendations for anything you need including a really nice laundry place right next to the hotel and a safe money exchange place . Would 100 percent recommend

All the staff we encountered were excellent and even remembered my name. We were acknowledged every time we went past the front reception.
The lounges/chairs on the pool deck in our pool access room were so uncomfortable unfortunately do it wasn’t conducive to sitting out there. They were too short for a lounge and too long for a chair.
A night light in the bathroom would have been handy as its pitch black in the middle of the night and all of the light settings there were too bright for the night.
Location was good with many shops, spas and eateries near by
