お湯は、10分ぐらいしか出ません。虫は、入ってきます。朝食は、チョイスですが4ツ種類しかありません。フレッシュジューも最高まずいです。無料のマッサージも災厄です。スタッフはいいです。バスタオルもきれいではありません。ラグジュアリーではありません。コーヒーもいわれなければ持ってきません。フリーツもまずい。ただ、出せばいいといったサービスです。ハートが入ってません。日本人には無理です。ウブドは、大変渋滞でバリにはやめた方がいいです。タクシーもぼったくり多いいです。いやな思いが多かった。

とても良いビラでした！ 湯量とWiFiが安定するともっと良くなります。

今回1人旅でした 凄く綺麗なヴィラでお勧めです。 滞在中はヴィラの運営とスタッフのサービスで気持ちをリラックスさせてくれますよ。価格もこの施設サービスでは安いと思います。 今回ライスビューで無く、木々で閉ざされたいたヴィラだったのが残念だったのですが。もしリクエストできるのなら「ライスビュー側」と申告してみてください。 ウブドの繁華街もシャトルで10分ほど、1日に５．６本出ててた はずです。ルームサービスも安くて美味しいですよ。

We stayed for 4 nights. The staffs were kind and always helped us well. We love this place and restaurant also. They have a good cook. I’ll definitely go back again!

自然を満喫できました。朝、散歩していたら大量のカモが、、、。おじさんがカモを操って田んぼの虫取りしてました！

Openして1年にも満たない、Villa数が8棟程の新しいHotelです。Lobbyは比較的簡素でその分、Villaにお金をかけている印象でした。ベッド、寝具、ソファー等申し分ないものを使っています。場所はUbudの稲作地帯にあり、周辺は田んぼとジャングルです。自然の中に立地している為、室内への虫等の侵入は許容する必要がありますが、私にとっては許容範囲内でしたし、いざとなれば殺虫剤を借りましょう。プールも家族で使用するには必要十分です。VillaによってそのViewは変わりますが、私の滞在した部屋はその両方に面しており、私は満足しました。 大規模なHotelとは異なり、豪華なLobbyやプールなどの共用施設は望めませんが、非常にゆっくりするには非常に良いHotelだと思います。HotelでのLunch, dinnerは非常に限定されます。なのでUbudまで行くか徒歩圏に新しくできたレストランに行く必要があります。

We stayed in the 2-bedroom Presidential Villa. The Villa did not disappoint. The staff was the best. They went way beyond what was expected to make sure we had everything that we needed and more. They were genuinely happy that we were there and it showed. They treated us like family and royalty (all of them). The food was delicious. On site chef did a marvelous job! Thank you so much to everyone there!

Great villa, more secluded and away from the noise of the city but still close enough to see the tourist spots. Clean rooms, friendly staff, quick service. Wish they had an international outlet plug but we should have brought our own. Overall, I would return here.

Lets start with The staff…amazing…We’ve travelled throughout the world. I wish I could give 10 🌠 The absolute most genuine friendly people are the Balinese. This hotel has gathered some of the finest of the island. The management is on top of every need or concern if any. We fell in love with their warmth. Impeccable service. Now for the room and hotel…as soon as you get there they place a wonderful glass of goodness into your hands with a welcoming smile. Fresh cool blended lime mint juice stimulates your senses as you get checked in with efficiency. They upgraded our room without asking…Whatt!!😍…when does that happen. The walkway pictured greets you and as you enter the villa you smell the soft fragrance of flowers. The room was spotless and smelled amazing which sometimes is difficult to maintain in the tropics. They perfected it. The area has some walkable restaurants or just eat there as they have gourmet chefs delivering tasty cuisine..You get to walk through rice terraced paths to adventure if you choose. We stayed for three days and ate at the restaurant every day and were never disappointed. Australian tenderloin or fresh fish. Vegetarian delights or Indonesian dishes they have a great menu. We had three couple massages in our room that left us in a jelly state of relaxation. Which is what the entire experience was.. Restive…Relaxing…decompression. Suksma for a wonderful stay

Huge thanks to the Anusura Luxury Villa team. Ayu, Rika, Dewa, Wayan, Komang, Widi, Anik, and Chef Nyoman and Eka. They are all part of a wonderful team that work tirelessly to ensure their guests are well taken care of in every little detail of their stay. It was our special anniversary vacation, and this team went out of their way to make sure every aspect of our visit went as smoothly as possible. They are all kind and warm in their interactions with guests and provided vast knowledge of tour packages and local amenities which made our stay smooth and interesting. The Villas are kept in wonderful condition and are set in a very private, relaxing and scenic environment. While this Villa only has a couple of rooms with views. What sets our stay apart here was the warm and excellent care of our team on our visit each and every day without exception. The kitchen staff go out of their way to ensure the food is delicious and might even mix up the menu for you if you stay long enough to keep things interesting. Shuttles and poolside massages are all well organized in a timely manner. Thanks again for a wonderful and memorable visit! We are sure to recommend this resort to our friends and family for a relaxing stay in the Ubud area. It's in a prime location near the centre of Ubud and is in a great location to reach most attractions on the entire island of Bali in a reasonable time. We hope to return here in the near future. The staff was very helpful and pleasant

Staff were incredibly inviting, always smiling, always asking how our days were going and extremely friendly. This is our first trip to Bali and these villas were everything we had hoped for when imaging a Bali escape.

Amazing amazing, Rika is amazing and so are the other staff I said in front of her that birthday was the next day and she had a small surprise in my room and sang happy birthday to me and brought a mini cake so sweet she deserves everything ❤️
